The skull is loose so they can put it behind or in front of the sprite as needed. My next one will have the skull on the ground in front of the sprite, but another I could do would have it behind. All just depends on the needs of the spriter.

got a question that actually kinda drove me to start playing the game.

so this game lets you fuse two of any given pokemon right? what happens when you fuse a pokemon with its shiny counterpart? will the resulting fusion sprite only use the base color pallet or will it use bot the normal and shiny colors? like fusing a tentacruel with a shiny tentacruel. will it just be blue and red or will it have the shiny colors on it too? i have to know

As I answered in General, the answer is neither because you use too much black outline in the left and too little on the right. Match them up to Dragonite's outlines (i.e., black where black and colored where colored), and you should be fine. I think the right needs black outline on the underside of the arms.

So just wondering what are the general rules around replacing sprites? I stopped training my Kadabra-Electrode when it evolved which is uh, partially due to personal preference. But does this one even follow the rules? This is supposed to be Alakazam's head on an Electrode body, and it looks the other way around
