Hi, new here. Been playin the game and find it awesome! Decided to try and make my first sprite for Honchkrow/Clefable fusion. I created my sprite in Paint.net on a 96x96 pixel canvas, then when I resized it to 288x288 pixels it's gone blurry and I dont know what I've done wrong. Can anyone help?

Tried my hand at a seemingly unsprited mon. This is my best shot at making fire, but with the uneven points i wonder if i shouldnt leave this kind of texture and shaping to a more experienced spriter.

Basically, should i scrap it for now until im more experienced/let someone else do it and try a different/simpler fusion or see if i can follow through with this one?

Hey, so Im using paint.net to try and make a sprite. Ive run into the problem of wanting to replace a certain color with a certain other color. I've looked up on how to do this and I can't find an answer that works. People talk about the recolor tool and I've tried all options and still pixels that aren't the specific color I want replaced STILL get replaced. They say that I should put tolerance on 0%, which I did and still pixels that shouldn't get replaced get replaced. I've used the color picker tool to select both colors and it doesn't seem to work.

I've done it a few years ago on MS paint and it worked fine there. Does anyone know a solotion other than recoloring it in MS Paint?

I can't find this setting. The only sampling setting is about sampling where it uses the color i click on at the start of abrush or it samples the secondary color.

It kind of works now, where it does ignore most colors but it still brushes over pixels that have a slightly lighter coloring. So Im trying to replace black with purple, except the slightly lighter black pixels get replaced by slightly lighter purple.

Those two settings on the far right: change them to no anti-aliasing, or pixel perfect, or whatever it calls it.

This design is so sick! I love the wolf angle u went with and using Umbreon for the moon is so creative. Maybe make the eyes brighter to amplify the creatures eerieness. And also make the aura red or purple . But that's just my opinion I still really dig this design

It would. The SMs rely on the bot confirming the submission was proper before validating a sprite. Yours might be ignored since the bot declared your thread missing
