In a few words, it'd be a bit like contests, but in a less "official" mood, independant to IF, and where the sprites don't have to be fusions.
There's a current one already prepared, which consists to design new evos for old pokémons. By this we want you to design, e.g., a new evo for Spinarak or, another examples, a new evo for Jynx, or even Pyukumuku!
