(it's easier to use existing examples, like Slowpoke tails. Slowpoke is describing which tails. This works, but in a Dex entry it's tricky because you want the entry to be about the Pokémon, not just a single part of it. It can work, but the rest of the entry needs to expound on the Pokémon itself. It's subtle but important for the type of entries you'd expect in a Pokédex)

C tier is for incorrect grammar, spelling, and/or required punctuation. A comma that isn't necessarily required (Oxford commas, as an example) wouldn't get a C. However, misspelling Pokémon is so common and significant that we have an entire higlight on the submission spreadsheet that specifically checks for exactly that, no capital P and/or no accent on the E in Pokémon. Had Pokémon been correct, it likely would've been an A-tier, as the comma wasn't an actual punctuation mistake, simply something that might be a recommendation depending on the person

I believe the feedback on the verb agreement (my guess) is due to the comma and transition, since it is separating it into another clause. Without the comma, with correct grammar, it would be: [This Pokémon uses sunlight to nourish strong vines which allow it to carry such an immense weight.]
This one is much less obvious, but by making the second clause entirely separated, [which] is referring to the act of taking sunlight to nourish vines. The act itself is a singular event, so it would be [allows] in order to agree.

There were only comments left on entries where there was commentary needed (in nearly every case), if the only issue in your other entries was the word Pokémon then there would be no other comments made.

you should, those are very easy things to correct and incorporate in future writings. Baseline competence in composition and English are both much more challenging, so you clearly have talent.
Don't hesitate to post any entries that you're making in the #dex-entries-submissions for feedback, from other participants as well as Unowns (myself included). Punctuation and incorrect formatting of the word Pokémon would both be caught quickly and early on, and I'm sure you'd get complements on your prose.

I believe chlorophyll can be both liquid and solid (a la plasma), but it might've been better to simply say that the toxins seeped out and congealed into a protective membrane...or something like that. naturally occurring chlorophyll is a solid that exists only in photosynthetic chloroplasts, usually found in plants but also in algae, phytoplankton, and other organisms that photosynthesize. I believe humans were able to create a synthetic version that is akin to plasma, but the compound from plants would purely be a solid.
Since the Dex entries are (typically) written by scientists, there are specific formats and details that are weighted more heavily. (There was another entry that incorrectly classified Arbok not as a true cobra and thus used the incorrect reference to its hood, and that was also a ding on an otherwise good entry.)
I do think that change would make it excellent, the point was made in the original, it was just technical details. You did quite well!

The crits, the Omni boost, and my poor knowledge of competitive play. Pokeshowdown clearly hates me.

Not even going to try the monotype run because I know the game will just give me horrible RNG. Gonna just stick with spriting for now on (unless I change my mind but it’s unlikely for right now)
