I've only settled on what I'm doing next because I think it's funny and relates to a prior one I did

(I did a galvantula/infernape that was a goku reference now I'm doing a joltik/riolu to reference Gohan or Goten can't decide yet)

i think it just means if you dont post them by the end of the sunmission period they wont count

so you could put it in the drive and post it in the gallery like 3 weeks later, as long as the contest hasnt closed

i believe i heard that its because the point of the contest is to bring love to pokemon that usually dont get it, it just keeps people from making sprites of mons that already have a ton ig? not entirely sure thats just kinda what i heard
