Run 19: Mono Rock

Team was solid, the Aurorus / Gardevoir was an amazing bulky special sweeper, and swept both Lance and the Champion. Rest of the team had their moments too, sadly Golem / Dusknoir was the weakest member, but it was a cool sprite i wanted to use. Didn't get to use Leafeon / Lycanroc much either

Just beat my Ariados Only run. Erika was a BIG roadblock for this run, but otherwise it was pretty easy, even if the early game fights were VERY slow

Finished my 6th monotype run being normal this time around. Bliszone and Snorking were both absolute tanks with Bliszone soloing 2 of the 4 elite members and Snorking being a powerhouse overall. But I honestly loved all of my members.

Finished my Flareon Only run. This run was VERY easy, and Flareon shockingly only struggled particularly on Lorelei, I thought this mon would be a LOT worse but it's pretty good

Flareon kinda works in IF! You can solve a lot of its big issues through fusion which is fun, it's one of those mons that's definitely outclassed still, but not strictly bad (like Magcargo, Parasect and Sunflora, for instance).

Yeah, I was able to do a few cool things with it, my favourite being the Rock Head Aggron/Flareon spamming Flare Blitz after an Autotomize. Though I will say Parasect is also decent enough to use in IF, I’ve done a fine with just those fusions, and while Breloom would definitely be better, Spore is certainly something

Run 20: Personal favourite all stars. The team:

Wizard - Oricorio Balie / Bisharp (Fire Steel), Wasn't used much but took the w against the champion and got me into the HoF
Borealis - Aurorus / Gardevoir (Rock Fairy), Making her return from run 19 mono rock! A bulky, special fairy sweeper running ancient power, Moonblast, ice Beam and calm mind. Swept through quite a lot of the late game trainers, mainly the last non champ rival fight, bruno and lance (Who both had their og types of fighting and dragon)
Sky Rouge - Sharpedo Gliscor (Water Flying) - A retuner from my mono flying, fast physical sweeper with rough skin and a rocky helmet for if i didnt OHKO with aqua jet, acrobatics or crunch, had swords dance but never used it
Glacier - Froslass / Machamp (Ice Fighting) - Retuner from my mono ice, pretty solid, had good coverage but wasnt used much either
Supercharge - Jolteon / Noivern (Electric Dragon) - From my mono electric, a good special attacker and helped sweep a few trainers and was effective in dealing wit ||ZMC||
And finally, Spores - Whimsicott / Ursarin (Grass Normal) from my mono grass, prankster cotton spore and leech seed shenanigans, need i say more?

The game decided I was doing too well because I had a slaking and corrupted midgame. So I had to start over, but ended up with three legendries. The game was fairly easy except for Lance and the champion who both had hurricane. Used so many max revives on the champion fight.

rng was the main factor here, swagger seemed to go off no matter what when I attacked so it was always a 50/50 and the togekiss fusion dragon could and can just one tap you with the only fairy type move that deals damage in the entity of the elite four and champion and if you're not careful you could get destiny bonded

but it was fun doing it with one pokemon

What a great game so far! absolutely love my team!

Breloom/Aggron was a slow start but kinda carried with rock slide
Nidoking/Primape has such a sick sprite
Fortress/Parasect is super cool looking and was an absolute mad lad with stealth rocks
Blastoise/Flareon did crazy damage and was invaluable
Noctowl/Raichu was a little weak but came in clutch against the champion, did the final hit
Mr. Mime/Yamega was supposed to be a setup mon but it never really panned out so i was a little disappointed there

Will make some tweaks for the postgame, get to play around with some new fusions!

Early game was very difficult, especially Misty. But around halfway, I got really geed fusions that made it easy. The final battle was very tough. I had to use nearly all my max revives.

Finished my 7th monotype run being psychic this time. Im not gonna lie this was one of the more difficult runs I have done especially at the pokemon tower. I almost scrapped it at that point but fortunately I just took a break and came back to sweep the late game. Overall a great team especially since I ended up using mons I would probably gloss over like Mr. Mime and Xatu.
