RANDOMISER NUZLOCKE REDEMPTION RUN BABYY!!!

I had to use 6 pokemon of my choice which died in my randomiser nuzlocke! No nuzlocke rules, so purely for fun :)

Soulless (Moltres/Gengar) - pretty cool uh i didnt use them much towards the endgame so. yeah :P levitate was fun on a fire/poison lol
Rotatron II (Latias✨/Ariados) - my game refused to spawn a latios (which was fused with a spinarak in the nuzlocke), and it just so happened that i got a shiny beedril/latias as an encounter.. with the latias as the shiny. This mon is... just get a good matchup, get the +3 from fell stinger, and hope you outspeed the others or sucker punch does nice damage. cant take many hits tho :/
Trickada (Mr. Mime/Flygon) - absolutely terrible imo. like... uh earthquake? mixed attacker?
Dracula (Crobat x2) - a fun one, crobat is rather strong and golbat CARRIED early-game with no-item acrobatics. good moveset later game with leech life and cross poison.
Shelley (Omastar/Dragonite) - yeah Cthulhu hates me lmao. got 3 levels off of evolution on this in the OG nuzlocke... and this thing ALWAYS hit twice on the rock blast. multiscale allows for a free ddance but surprisingly not very tanky apart from that.
Sunlight (Volcarona/Togekiss) - to give myself a challenge i didnt lead with this thing. this abomination is broken beyond relief holy hell. only weak against physical ground/rock/water type physical attackers.

The thing that gave me the most trouble in the league was blue's double dewgong (starter) because i had like no counters to it lmao

Mono beedrill done!

This was easy in terms of not having to make sprites for many of the mons I used (exclusively weedles and kakunas) because of the beedrill heads being (mostly) completed.

But very hard in terms of beedrill's poor stats. I actually had to grind for once. And even then, I went into the elite four at level 55.

Used the same mod as my previous run to give me a weedle everytime I caught a pokemon

Hardcore Nuzlocke rules, Grass Type only fusions! Allowed myself to reroll till I found all grass type encounters but I got no other encounter from the area the grass type was found. Pretty proud of this one, somehow pulled off a deathless Zapmolcuno and E4/Champion fight. Had to dodge a few crits for sure but for Zapmolcuno I absolutely cooked a Coba Berry to save me from drill peck, Perish Song protect Lapras/Cradily set, then swapped into my Gyarados/Leafeon also with a coba berry who dodged the crit and lived the last drill peck from intimidate + coba berry I popped off hard when he lived hahah that mon was an actual goat intimidating and DDing up on things! Prolly just gonna fast run the gym leaders in johto and be done w the grass run now, I'm still completing the post game story and legendary stuff on a diff save 👍

Torterra Snorlax with thick fat for the fire and ice type special attackers was also my hero

Watching him eat a technically super effective eruption in the E4 like it was nothing made me happy lmaooo

Ferrothorn Forretres self explanatory but gotta mention how funny it is to watch physical attackers just actually kill themselves on your iron barbs rocky helmet while you full set up hazards and slow volt switch out 😂

Top right is Belossom Aegislash and quiver dance kings shield stance change I dont think u need any more explanation

Same with volcarona trash stats but honestly doesnt get MUCH better on any other grass fusions and passing fire not bug is more important than stats. Fire typing and quiver dance made it very nice in those situations i needed it. Shell armor + rock typing from omastar with meganium to also resist fire and flying just was a generally solid mon, shell smashing wasnt usually smart but i got one off before i taught it ice beam instead mid E4

Little self-imposed challenge:

• I could only ever use my own sprites (except for the starter because I didn't want to reset countless times, but I had to get rid of the starter asap), both for battle and outside of battle (like for HMs)
• I could use items to evolve any Pokemon outside of battle (e.g. I have a sprite for Parasect/Klefki, but I haven't made a sprite for Paras/Klefki, so I could use the rare candies I find to evolve it so I would be able to use it)

Super fun challenge, highly recommended for anyone who has contributed a few sprites to the game

Nidoking/Genesect (Xenomorph) [Shiny] - My first shiny in this game and was decent for battling (also Alien reference :D.)
Tyranitar/Zekrom (Godzilla) [MVP] - Easily the best pokemon on my team. I got Tyranitar as my starter and Zekrom in the first route. Absolutely demolished in battling.
Dragonite/Swampert (Seawing) - Wanted to do something with Dragonite and thought this fusion was pretty cool (also WOF reference :D.)
Darkrai/Meganium (Crystal) - Caught on victory rode, but did well late game with Hypnosis + bad dreams + Nightmare. Would've been fun to use more.
Raikou/Gliscor (Lt. Surge) - If there was second place, he would get it. Great moveset and with U-turn he did well scouting out.
Salamence/Regice (Malfoy) - Not extremely useful, but he had potential and had great bulk. (wish I got Ddance on him :C)

Admittedly a Sudowoodo variant at least also gets access to Wood Hammer, but frankly the reason I ran with Golem over Aerodactyl was its level-up movepool is better and speed was irrelevant. Is it a fix-all answer to everything? No. Does it hit harder than God on Judgement day? Yes.

Rock Head Sudo works wonders on some fusions. Like I had a Sudo/Blaziken fusion Head Smash, Brave Bird, Wood Hammer, Flare Blitz or something of that nature. man it hit hard

Yo I bet it hit hard. I remember running a Head Smash Aggron in ORAS, that guy was hands down the strongest member of my team, and everyone in the team could mega evolve. Mega Aggron was pointless.

And admittedly, Aerodactyl is difficult to get
