I'm starting a new randomized run.
So far, I've completed the game with a self-fusion playthrough, a ghost-type playthrough, an electric-type playthrough, and now a bug-type playthrough. Should I keep going with type based playthroughs or try something else? The self-fusions seem really interesting sometimes, so part of me wants to do that but randomized. :P

I like to have some sort of restriction, because otherwise the choices are overwhelming.

Beat my Dragon Monotype run. The early game was miserable considering I had to fight both Brock and Misty with only one Pokémon but after them it was really smooth for the rest of the game.

So many of the fusions ended up good that it was a genuine struggle to pick a team for the E4/Champion

Thanks! Currently thinking of other fun challenge runs apart from actually beating a Nuzlocke! From highest to lowest, Murkrow/Anorith ended at 92, Eevee/Sandshrew at 86, Houndour/Charmander at 62, Mareep/Onix at 60, Treecko/Noibat at 60, and Abra/Kabuto at 60. Even with those two at such high levels, they were getting one-shot in the Elite Four 😆

Random Randomizer which I decided to do, Reshiram/Gardevoir basically did a OHKO on every single pokemon in the E4 so, I decided to just not use it while battling Blue because it beat 5/6 of his pokemon on 1st try, so had to reset to gain some fun.
The most non-used pokemon was easily Chandelure/Swampert, barely used it, it beat Blue's 1st pokemon.
My starter was Parasect/Absol which was my favourite one because it's ability and moves it almost always landed crits

On classic hard mode, Champion’s ace is in the 70s. Eevee/Sandshrew had Soft Sand and 2 Swords Dances set up. I like hard mode for the challenge, but it’s definitely doable with a bit of strategy and planning. The biggest hurdle was Electivire/Gyarados and its Rain Dance/Waterfall, but I got lucky with a critical hit which one shot it Slash 👌🏻

Beat my Electric monotype and like I thought it'd be, this was EASILY the best type I've used so far. Also Magic Guard Reuniclus/Electrode with Mind Blown is funny, so is Speed Boost Tail Glow Yanmega/Ampharos
