The daycare south of cerulean. Put a ditto there and the pokemon you want to breed. Note that the chances are as low as 20% for you to get an egg ever 256 steps. Best way to do it is to put a ditto there, whatever pokemon you eant to breed/dupe and then run back and forth in front of the daycare just outside. Start from the left and do 13 full laps wall to wall and talk to the man next to the door, if you have an egg he'll give it to you provided you have a free slot on the team.
