Pele: Raichu + Typhlosion. Has a habit of consistently having her Static ability proc.
Zelda: Aegishlash+Aegislash. She always was a sweeper, even as a single Doublade, but as a double Aegislash she does WORK.
Bowser: Squirtle+Gyrados. My starter, and the ultimate epitome of "Don't underestimate". They didn't do too hot during the awkward Gyrados+Wartortle stage, but once they reached peak evolution, they decimated all in their path with a hungry Crunch.
Mercury: Beedrill+Butterfree. Named originally because she was gonna be fused with a Combee (Hence, a "Queen"), but in the end stuck with Butterfree. First fusion to keep a permanent spot on the team.
Owlicious: Noctowl+Alakazam. Took me a while to find a pokemon I wanted to fuse my Noctowl with, but Abra just felt right, especially since I needed Teleport often outside of battle.
Lola: Lopunny+Lopunny. First one to be claimed as a "Sweeper" fusion, she always ended up pulling off surprising tanks, such as surviving my Rival's Solar Beam from his Venusar+Charizard.

@unborn glen @marble wing Fox Run Complete! Foxhie and Flower Princess were the MVPs for this 3v3 Modern Mode Hard playthrough. Seriously triple Nasty Plot into a sunny day boosted flame thrower and a clorophyl speed boosted instant solar beam was sweeping through the E4. Waterfox and Edge also put in the work through a big part of the game but these main two were the very clear standouts.
