- Had the game try to assassinate me with a round 35 Gliscor with my main carry being a fucking Metang
- Gotten instantly paralysed from 1 discharge in a double battle, then fully paralysed on both Pokemon 3 times in a row
- Had the game try to assassinate me via Xurkitree while I had barely any pokeballs
- Get hit by 1 mud slap, then miss every Earthquake on the opponents but constantly hit myself, eventually crit killing myself
- Throughout all of this, only get 2 Ultra Ball drops and 2 Rogue Ball drops despite having A tier luck

I've said it a few times in here but if you don't mind Romhacks then I'd suggest both of the Vega-but-easier hacks out there, Vega Minus (closer to vega in gameplay) and Viva las Vega (more loose but also has the many postgame mons)
if new mons aren't your cup of tea then Altered Emerald is the one I generally go with as it makes a lot of silly changes to some mons without going too over the top in terms of what you're fighting

since gen 2 has the 1/128 breeding thing, 4 has the poketch rng abuse (thoght this requires you to find a shiny normally first in order to figure out your secret ID), the cute charm exploit, and the pokeradar (1/108.3 I think? the rounding's odd on this one), gen 6 has the pokeradar again, and chain fishing (2.9% according to bulbapedia I think?), gen 7 has the ultra spaces (2/5 odds, though only for specific mons), and gen 8 has dynamax adventures (1/100) and the poke radar returns for a third go in BD/SP

I wouldn't say easiest since nothing beats US/UM's 2/5 but it does allow for the fastest going through checks of any game besides maybe legends arceus (which spawns them just as fast but also gives you an audio indicator)
basically gen 9 doesn't spawn shinies any faster, it's more like you can go through 5 battles in the span of less than a second because the game just spawned 5 possible checks on the same generation
