It's got access to moves like Shadow Claw, elemental punches, Giga Impact, etc. and I'm curious if there's a way to take advantage of that? the highest you can get a gardevior body attack stat is 99 with ultra necrozma on the head. barring that, the next highest is rampardos at 98. the next highest non-legendary is haxorus at 92.

as a side note rampardos with gardevior on the head is the highest one that currently has a custom at a 131 attack stat.

so late TLDR: if you wanna go physical garde, might wanna look into rampardos (or haxorus) to some degree

first of all, combat speed does not equal movement speed.
A jet can move as fast as it wants, but a jet can't attack as fast as a cat
