Hey so, uh, I just went to apply the update from 4.0 to the pinned one and uh, it is not recognizing a lot of my fusions well. It says the numbering system needs to be updated, but whether I go through with the update or skip it a lot of my fusions get disastrously shuffled

Are you positive you saved them as the same extension ? Windows have the bad habit to hide the extension since windows 8 (or maybe even since 7 ?) I always have to turn that on in a fresh instalation of windows

i have no solution sadly, but seeing as boxes with lots of mons in it tend to be/load slower i always switch to an empty box before exiting the pc. maybe that has nothing to do with the bug, but you never know 🤷

Long story short. the file is a .zip (wich is a way to show how the data inside the file are organised). .rar file are just a different way to organise the data. but Winrar is a software that can understand both way and therefor extract them both.

And generaly speaking, that is true for all extension. the extension is just par of the name and is there so when a program open the file, he know how he should read it.

It seems like the PC bug ("script is taking too long") comes from having too many mons in your (ingame) PC for your (irl) PC to handle.
Me and Uni managed to fix 2 saves by emptying some boxes to about 2 or 3 rows of mons per box.
Means, people with slow PCs shouldnt stack all their mons in 1 box. As soon as you see a slowdown on your PC (ingame) to open the boxes, try splitting up your boxes.

I'm stuck in the celadon sewers with erika where I battle two rockets in a double battle in the entrance of sewers. After the double battle, when I moved away, the rocket to the left challenged me for a battle again and this got me stuck.

For full disclosure. What I did is use the files from IF we got, run a version of PokemonEssential with those file in it. then run the game and use the debug mode to wrap you to celadon (strangely, erika was still following me) then go back in the sewer and save again

I need help. Im doing a fusion only nuzlocke. Up until the Mt. Moon Ray thingy, there was fusions in the wild. After that happened, errors kept popping up when I encountered a wild pokemon. press f1 and disable the first option "smooth mode". it will reduce the fps the game runs at. i wouldnt recommend it normally, but maybe it will stabilize your fps

It's in the same folder as the executable. Just open it with notepad or something and replace the 4th line by the one I told you about and the game will recognize your savefile again.

I think your bag is corrupted in your save file. I tried using RPG Maker Xp and print the PokemonBag variable after it is loaded. Whith my save it show me that an object as been indeed load

the game always looks for a file with that exact title, so if you make a copy called "game (copy).rxdata" for example, it'll be safely preserved

Change the Title in this init file with "Pokemon Infinite Fusion". No accent. This line is just use for the game to know what to call the save folder

Ok, so I maybe know where the problem is. When i got to the folder you showed me, I saw that i already had there Lots of save files and another game.rxdata . And when i loaded the game (infinite fusion, ) i already got a saved file with a name, badges and pokemons. and it crashed when i tried loading it. So i looked and found that it was my files from Pokemon Reborn. I tried replacing the game rxdata with yours and i managed to load your save perfectly (opening the menu)

One last thing, for information, I tried and both games take the data from the saved games folder and not their respective folder, meaning that, if i want to play both games, i need to switch the game.datarx between games. I dont mind but i think this is where the problem lies because the files got the same name.
