you kind just, dont.
they are not physically there. think of android always scanning your whole phone - if it finds any pictures it will show them in your gallery.
deleting them there will delete them from the game files, messing stuff up.

you can look into adding a .nomedia file to the game directory and hope your flavour of android respects those.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

Beware of Unofficial Websites That Claim To Be Official.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

Wondering what the different game files are?

• InfiniteFusion.exe is the normal game. You don't need sprite packs as they are downloaded automatically with the latest sprites as you play.
• Game.exe is a duplicate of InfiniteFusion.exe that will likely be removed in a later update.
• InfiniteFusion-performance.exe is the lighter version of the game required to make it work on slower computers. It has long black screen start up and pc/party sprites are invisible until your next game restart. For new sprites, monthly sprite-packs must be downloaded manually.

Attempting to edit code to enable debug will not work. Debug is only obtainable as an in-game reward for catching all 501 Base Pokémon.

The ONLY fix for your error is to delete your game folder and reinstall using the files linked in #downloads . Reinstalling will not affect your save files.

My best guess is that the game is launching in fullscreen and your device is struggling to render it. Try updating your graphic drivers. If that doesn’t work, you may need to try and figure out a way to get the game out of fullscreen

Hi, I just updated my game to the latest 6.6.2 and when loading one of my save files, the screen starts out very dim and immediately fades to black. Seems that I can walk around and play the game, and battles are normal, but I have to navigate the map completely blind as everything has gone black. Minor overworld glitch - After recieving the Johto starter from Elm's aide in the Goldenrod Pokemon Center, he disappears but his speech bubble remains. Don't know if this behavior applies to other similar interactions but this is the first I've seen it. It disappears upon exiting and re-entering.

Hey @topaz hare! Looking for the Pokéradar? You can obtain it from Professor Oak's Assistant on Route 24, but she only appears after you meet her in the Cerulean Pokécenter.

When you use the Pokéradar, a repel automatically activates and grass will shake. This indicates which tile the Pokémon is in. If you are having issues with the encounters fleeing or need more info, use the Wiki Page: Wiki LINK

The error you are having is due to a corrupted save in your save folder conflicting with your current save.

Note: Ensure you know which save file is corrupted before continuing. You can see the save slot on the save selection screen.

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Delete the save file causing issues.
4. If you don't know which it is, you can remove the save 1 by 1 from this folder until you find it

If you want to revert your save to a backup, use ?tag backups for more info.

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Double click the folder named backups

5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

Yeah I found that base sprites folder inside of the sprite pack and put it into \InfiniteFusion\Graphics\CustomBattlers\local_sprites\BaseSprites which was empty before, but I filled it with the base sprites from the sprite pack but theyre still appearing as ? marks for some reason.

I just downloaded the game to update it on my Samsung. Followed the instructions and links. Everything works fine except for 2 things:

1. All of my sprites have changed. The ones I was using are not even in the game as far as I can tell from the sprite menu.

2. Unlike all the sound files from the first download, these were all automatically copied to my music player. Nothing like having my gym music interrupted by a blaring Blastoise roar.

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

the only way from him that your game would get "flagged" is if you went too deep into the advanced options; and while the sprite cache reset is in there, that shouldn't flag your save for being randomized

what would is if you went too deep into the randomizer section of his menu, as he does warn you, with red text, that proceeding further comes at a risk

if the dev npc is mentioning randomization is fun when you talk with him, then that save is toast and you'd need to go into NG+

what I would recommend you do if that is the case:

• unfuse any fusions you have
• equip any pokemon that you are able to, with their evolution item [if one is needed]
• for mons with multiple evos, you may want to make sure you have enough of that mon to evo it each way; since sometimes the evo item/requirement may be locked into the late game of kanto or even post game

then once that is all said and done as much as you can, save the game
exit to title screen
and start a New Game + save off that one

after you get the Dex, go talk with the Help Man and have him fix the game [this will not flag your save, but it will make it so any pokemon in your boxes will get registered in the dex]

being super effective means it works against wonder guard

bypassing wonder guard means the move does no actual damage but is instead a status affliction or move to lower stats, or you have an ability that makes wonder guard go "yeah, sorry, I can do nothing about this"

If you're encountering missing sprites

**If you just updated to 6.6, do the reset cache steps mentioned in this #announcements message post.
**The game comes with all sprites preinstalled, up until the February 2025 Pack.
The remaining packs will be downloaded as you play, as long as you have "Download Data" turned on and your device is connected to wifi. You do not need to do anything for them.

Keep in mind, the auto download does not have infinite speed or capacity and will not trigger if you are not actively encountering new sprites (ex; battling, checking the Pokedex, etc.).
After downloading X amount of sprites per time unit Y, it will be paused for a bit. We cannot adjust this limit and there is nothing you can do as the player to skip it or make it go faster.

The first time you encounter a base Pokemon, it will select a random one of all sprites, if it is a new one that hasn't been downloaded yet, it will show as missing.
The same goes for fusions but with a little more nuance. To keep it simple, think of it the same.
Again, nothing wrong with your game. You just hit a download cap.

Note: Updating your game resets all your auto-downloaded sprites. do not attempt to "fix" this with updating. It will just make everything start from the beginning.

• Please read what the game is asking you and answer appropriately. If you downloaded from links from this discord and is still opening discord and closing the game, you are selecting the wrong answer.

Hi, I think I have an issue with the Pokéradar. I just received it and I'm playing with randomized encounters. The list of Pokémon shown by the Pokéradar doesn't match the actual encounters I get, what could be the problem?

The most likely reason your game is opening and closing is due to improperly updated game files. We mention in #downloads to not update ANY files versions below 6.6.0.

If you're using the Launcher:

1. Reinstall version 1.1.2 of the launcher from #downloads
2. Open the settings tab
3. Click "Reset Config"
   NOTE: The original path that the launcher shows will be your old game folder. That folder should be deleted. The new game folder will be in PIFLauncher(#.#.#)/GameFiles/InfiniteFusion

If you're not using the Launcher:

Use the Lightweight installer guide to install in a NEW folder ➡️ Click Here⬅️

Attempting to edit code to enable debug will not work. Debug is only obtainable as an in-game reward for catching all 501 Base Pokémon.

The ONLY fix for your error is to delete your game folder and reinstall using the files linked in #downloads . Reinstalling will not affect your save files.

Hi I’m having problems with infinite fusion

So I’ve downloaded and reinstalled infinite fusion serveral different time and everytime some of the sprite come up as question marks, I tried going into the black sunglasses guy and clearing sprite cache and everything else I got told to do and it’s constantly keeps having sprites not appear and come up as question marks, any help??

you need to have download data turned on, and have an active internet connection

as you play [battle & fuse] the game will grab sprites as it is able

read the above screenshot so you know what you need to do

after you've done what is needed, play the game for 15-30 minutes, using as many mons as you can in battle [also seeing as many mons in battle as you can] do a bunch of fusions

if you still aren't seeing sprites what you can do is

open it
and then send the contents of it here

that will let me know if the game is properly downloading sprites
