get the full pack from the channel I mentioned and then follow the instructions I gave, if even just for base sprites

under normal circumstances, when you run into/use a mon, be it base or fusion, the game is meant to download a sprite sheet for that mon of all the sprites it has

It takes longer but you can also grab the customs from CustomBattlers (does not include the base ones from what I was told)

if you didn't also add the base sprites, that would explain why you are missing those

To change a Pokemon's sprite to an alternative one, go to their Pokedex entry (this can be done from their summary screen) and go to the "Sprites" tab. Here you can scroll through the different available sprites.

• sprites are borked, either keep playing with download data turned on, or, assuming you aren't on mobile, download the full sprite pack and import both fusion and base sprites #tech-support message

I've found a solution that seems to fix things for me, instead of just importing the base sprites through what has been previously explained here, you cut the base spreadsheets that come with the full sprite pack and paste it into the InfiniteFusion\Graphics\CustomBattlers\spritesheets\spritesheets_base folder

lets say sprite X exists on the pack sheet, but not in the game files.

if you import it properly: the game gets told "sprite X is now in game, fetch it from the sheet when needed"
if you simply replace the spresheet: the game is blind for any sprites not indexed in the credits

so it depends on if the sprite was in the credit sheet

nope, active play is required for them to download.
we have a cap to prevent insane costs. people being able to afk it or overwrite the cap would defeat the whole purpose.

make sure to not needlessly run the update file, as this will nuke all sprites already downloaded with the auto-download feature.

I see, my spreadsheets folder was completely empty when I checked, and I had already downloaded all the sprites manually, so I just pasted the spritesheets into the folder and it seemed to have worked out. I'm assuming that the spreadsheet folder should have the spreadsheets for all the pokemon automatically?

it will work for most, not all.
again, sprites have to be in the credit sheet for them to be visible in game.

indexing adds them to the "brain" of the game.
just adding the sheet doesn't so it will only know where to find the ones pre-added to the "brain". thats not everything.

Beware of Unofficial Websites That Claim To Be Official.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

Hey, I encounter an issue where some sprites are not loaded:

• In the starting menu, where theres the animation of random mons fusing, I see questionmarks
• For my machamp/Reuniclus fusion I can see one sprite in the sprite selection ingame and the rest is blank but no questionmarks
• I got a proper internet connection and updated the game.

Can somebody help? Can I just delete the sprites folder and update the game again?

How to Update to the Latest Version (Windows)

• If you're on or above 6.6.0 double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat to update.
• If you're below 6.6.0 you must either reinstall in a NEW folder (since the updater won't work due to bugs) or use the New Launcher to update.
• Reinstalling doesn’t remove or require you to move any Save Files.
• If playing on a Randomized save, make sure to reshuffle after updating. Use ?tag reshuffle if you need help.

i think i found a bug with the quests. I looked through the bug reports and couldn't see it. My completed quests count as double. I only finished 2 quests, but the quest log says 4 and they're listed twice. The person in the Pewter City hotel who gives you info on how many quests you've done also says I've finished 4 instead of 2 quests

Hey, I think I found a bit of a big issue with a bit of an important fusion (the one one the left should also be a custom sprite).

I have found the same issue so far with Magby x Electabuzz, Electabuzz x Magmar and Trubish x Murkrow. (Some others have a similar problem of sprites not loading, but they have other sprites that do load.

what happened to me was the base sprites got botched (they were fine yesterday), downloaded the project in a new folder, cleaned cache, deactivate autodownload, imported the full list manually of base+fusions, reactivated autodownload, everything works under imported sprites (base pokemons are ? the first time they appear, need to be swaped manually to imported sprites) no "default" sprite works, meaning only those with the string "imported sprite" appear, sprites that have the credits below instead (like the image attached) of the "imported sprite" are blank and in 2 hours playing i havent seen one fill automatically with the download on, my 2 cents if it gives you any extra info, this was done on a new post bug project, just to reiterate, no auto-sprite works on brand new downloaded/updated projects

basically its downloading "updated" sheets for fusions. but those are empty. basically overwriting "outdated" sheets with "updated" nonexistant ones. making them missing.

cause has been identified, just working on an elegant temp fix now

adding imported ones isnt really elegant, as it will create a duplicate entry for everything

Anyone know why even tough I have custom sprites turned on in randomiser settings im still getting alot of non custom sprites, and my ampharos/talonflame custom sprite isn't showing up...is it just part of the known issue or is there something I can do to fix it?

Hey @cerulean blaze! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

just fyi mavi, there are 3 types of pokemon games, hackroms, those can be played in emulators (most of them) because they are altering an original pokemon game, then there are pokemon essential fangames (this is one of those), that are made in rpgmaker using a library made by a genious to make pokemon games, these work in windows and windows emulators, and then there are fully developed pokemon games (like pokerogue) that are made from scratch and will work most likely in any device with an internet explorer
