A shortcut will open the game directly from the folder it needs but copying it may break it since the application needs to refer to the original files

seems like you already moved the file and maybe even deleted it. check your trash folder to make sure its not there. if it is then restore it then move it back to that folder. if you cant find it im sorry but the easiest way is to redownload it (The Lightweight Installer) and create the shortcut from there

Hey, I'd like to open a bug report (not sure if it was posted yet)
Fairly early into the game (Cerulean City, 2nd badge), but I'll still spoiler it just in case.
||Standing Inside the Teamrocket HQ (Just completed the bug termination quest) the tile before the entrance/exit: I took off my team rocket hat which got the bouncer to give me the text "hey, don't remove your uniform while on duty" and teleports me out. Unfortunately, he teleports me out onto the roof of the hotel. I required the Debugger to get ported to the pokemon center. ||
Is this known?
This is easily reproducable.
||1. Go into HQ with full Team Rocket attire. Go one step up and get talked to by bouncer.
2. Go down one tile and stand on red carpet.
3. Remove any piece of outpit.
4. Bouncer forces you out and you get ported onto hotel roof. Requires debug or other means to get off.||

Hey, so the first time the error occured i was trying to do a Wonder trade with Beedos (Beedrill/Gyarados) then i tried again a few times with Noctowl and with beedrill. I switched to an older Save to try it there and the error still occured. Later i created a new Save (New Game +) and there it worked fine. I never used Debug mode.

There should be no Infinite fusion folder if you deleted everything before the update. unless you unpacked it into the zipped file itself (The Download you got from #downloads) Right click and unzip it into your downloads folder where your original download of PIF should be

Im not familiar with infinite splicers unless you mean an item that can fuse pokemon always. If an item is deleted either the Devs decided to remove that aspect of the game in the update or a bug appeared which you should make a full report of everything you can comment about it.

If you redownloaded the whole game After deleteing all folders (The place your game is at) Then speak to the help man Second floor of the Pokemon Heal Center. and follow the highlighted instructions above. in the picture. afterwords your sprites should be okay. If you are really download capped try again tomorrow or when you have the time. it should reset and the download is fairly small About 2 Gb

My launcher said there's an update, so i updated the files as normal, but when trying to start the game afterwards all i see is a black window which closes or crashes soon after. No game start. I am up to date in files, that's for sure. I can also see the new task bar icon (also in screenshot window top left). I tried multiple times, but with no successful game start. Inside Cerulean house being used as a Rocket hideout (top right of the town), while disguised as a rocket grunt.
While inside the hideout, if you remove the team rocket disguise, one of the grunts will call you out and teleport you outside the house.
The problem is that you are teleported outside in the coordinates you had while inside the house, which often gets you stuck unable to move.

the game can only grab X many sprites at Y intervals until Z cap is hit, once that cap is reached, no more sprites downloaded for a set time period, after which it will reset and start again

Okay, turns out I had an extra file folder layer that I had to delete. Path went Linux -> infinitefusion folder -> infinitefusion folder -> actual game file for some reason.

the game will grab sprites; assuming you have download data turned on, during the following:

• title screen
• battles
• fusing

but, be aware, there is a cap to how many sprites and how often the game can grab those

once it hits that limit, it will stop downloading sprites until an unknown timer runs out

at which point it turns back on

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

Hey @dull condor! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

I found an odd bug, Um, fusions
Device: Windows PC
Game Version: 6.6.0
Acquired game files through PIF subreddit.
Description of Issue + Steps to Reproduce.,
Issue: My hitmonlee accidentally became Shiny while fusing with politoed, Hitmonlee head, Politoed body.
Steps: Preformed while in the Pewter city PokeMart, Fused Politoed with Hitmonlee, immediately unfused the pokemon, and Hitmonlee was shiny when un-fusion was completed. I do not understand how/why this bug occurred nor what factors would conspire to make something like this possible.
Note: Hitmonlee is the evolution of the Trade Tyrogue available in Pewter city. I do not know if that is a contributing factor.
Note2: Out of several thousand fusions/unfusions preformed in 6.6.0 this has only occurred the once.
What you were doing in game when the issue arose.,
Description of what I was doing: Attempting to acquire ever possible fusion available before beating brock. Fusing hitmonlee with ever pokemon in this box (See image)

Additional, potentially relevant information: Potentially invalidating this as a valid bug, this save file has passed through a .rxdata editor for the sole purpose of making money the maximum value in order to afford the quantity of fusion splicers needed to accomplish this task. No other information in the file has been changed or manipulated in any way. I do not believe that this data manipulation would cause this kind of error to occur as the save editor used does not touch portions of the file other than those directly manipulated by the user. This is nonetheless worth mentioning in relationship to the clause that modified files are not valid for consideration in bug reports.

Speculation: I believe this may have something to do with how shinies are now being treated in 6.6.0
