If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon. If you have more options, reshuffle each.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

6.4 has drastically changed how to change your appearance in game. Old themed sprites to change your character to a different NPC will not work anymore. New sprites are being made in #1050404143807873157 if you filter by Player Customization.

Below is how to apply NEW customizations to your player character as long as you are on version 6.4.7 or higher:

Example of overriding default clothes to Hex Maniac:

• If your player character is female, use leaf instead of red in all references below.

1. Delete all the clothes files from: InfiniteFusion\Graphics\Characters\player\clothes\red
2. Copy all the clothes files from: InfiniteFusion\Graphics\Characters\player\clothes\HexManiac
3. Paste the files here: InfiniteFusion\Graphics\Characters\player\clothes\red
4. Rename each file to replace HexManiac with red

• For example, one of the clothing sprites for Hex Maniac is: clothes_bike_HexManiac.png. You would need to rename it to clothes_bike_red.png. Do this for all clothing files.
• Afterwards, open your game, press Escape and go to the Outfits option. The Red clothing will now be Hex Maniac instead. The same concept is applied for hair and hats.

it is. you are simply hitting download caps

The game comes with all sprites preinstalled, except for the last 2 packs.
The last 2 packs are in the auto-download feature. You do not need to do anything for them.

However, the auto download does not have infinite speed or capacity.
After downloading X amount of sprites per time unit Y, it will be paused for a bit.
That is the only way we can keep sprite hosting free.

Attempting to view sprites that have not been downloaded through this feature yet will show them as invisible.
the first time you encounter a base mon, it will select a random one of all sprites, if it is a new one that hasnt been downloaded yet > invisible.
same goes for fusions but with a little more nuance. to keep it simple, think of it the same.
Again, nothing wrong with your game. You just hit a download cap.

Side note; Updating your game resets all your auto-downloaded sprites. do not attempt to "fix" this with updating. It will just make everything start from the beginning.

To successfully import your own custom sprite, please follow these steps:

Sprite Requirements:

1. Format: The sprite must be in .png format.
2. Naming Convention: Name your sprite according to the game's dex numbering. For example, a fusion of Aegislash and Goodra should be named 329.446.png.

Importing Your Sprite:

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/CustomBattlers/Sprites to import.
3. Paste your sprite into this folder.

In-Game Instructions:

1. Launch the game.
2. The game will automatically detect the new sprites.
3. If you have an existing sprite that you're replacing, select the option "Replace All the old sprites with the new ones" when prompted.

Once completed, you can view your custom sprite in-game from the Pokedex's Sprite tab.

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Delete the save file causing issues.
4. If you don't know which it is, you can remove the save 1 by 1 from this folder until you find it

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Beware of Unofficial Websites That Claim To Be Official.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

To clean out your computer:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and fake data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use #downloads to download the real files.

Go to their pokedex entry and change the sprite it uses.
It means you probably reached the daily cap for downloading newer sprites ingame and the game randomly selected one of the new sprites that were not downloaded yet.
It will fix itself as you play over the course of a few weeks, but if you binge and play the whole game in a few days then you might need to do that for a few pokemons.

New Game + is unlocked after beating the Elite 4. It allows you to transfer your Pokemon from the current save to a brand new save.

This option appears on the Title Screen under New Game and WILL NOT overwrite or delete your save. More info is located in the Wiki: HERE

it means that if u want u can start a new game where all the pokemon you have caught are in the new game as their base form and lvl 5 so if u beat the game with say gardevior/gengar u would have a ralts/gastly in ur box in the new game

Hey, so I've got a question about a sprite. The fusion for Whimsicott/Gourgeist (360.490) is much larger than it should be, or at least I don't think it's supposed to be this big. I checked #1052360360172199977, but oversized sprites aren't liable for fixing, so I figured I should ask here instead. Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to ask, I'm new lol

Anyways, is there a way to resize the sprite to be smaller? Or does it have something to do with the whole Gourgeist size thing from the mainline games? Dunno if that's implemented in Infinite Fusion haha

i’m not sure where else i should ask this but i’m wondering if anyone has any experience (if it’s even possible) adding PIF to an emulator. i know it’s not a rom hack, but someone off reddit said they play if off their steam deck and since that’s linux, i thought there may be a workaround for it being able to be ran on my R36S. is that something i could do?

There is a chance you can get it to work on Ark, you'd just need to figure out the compatibility layer yourself. On SteamOS we use proton. Others use wine/wisky

I have a question towards sprites; I havent played the game for a while and obviously a lot of new sprites have been added; however, I dont seem to see them, they are fully blank.
I am playing on Pc and in the settings I have the 'download category' turned on so I assumed they would be installed when I start a new game.
When I checked for the manual instalment you guys made clear that it was for 'offline' use only, now I am a little confused on how to get the new sprites.

download data means as you play, the game will grab sprites as it is able [title screen, battle, when you fuse something]
the downside is that the new repo the game uses has a limit

only Frog knows the exact numbers but basically, the game can download X number of sprites every Y interval until Z is reached, once Z is reached the download of sprites stops until another Z interval is reached which mini resets that pull and starts again

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

Hey @fossil zodiac! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

I found a weird bug while playing today. I'm doing a randomized run and suddenly all of the trainers I fight have a ghost type as one of their fusions. I've fought like 10-15 in a row and each one of them has a ghost as one of their types. I even went back to rematch a trainer I fought previously, and their pokemon completely changed to a ghost type.

Wild pokemon are not affected by this.

Fixing Randomized Trainers Always Staying the Same Type

1. Must be on 6.4.6+ for this to work. If you aren't on 6.4.6+, update your game and reshuffle your settings. If you don't know how to reshuffle, type: ?tag reshuffle

2. You need to go to the Pokémon center, talk to help man and select fix game. Must be done AFTER updating on 6.4.6+

3. You need to enter any gym and exit. Weird I know, but the dev put in a fix for that bug at entrances to gyms.

3. Paste your sprite into this folder.

So I wanted to download a custom sprite for Snorunt(Head)/Clefairy(Body) as I thought the default was ugly. When I downloaded it, I changed the sprite to a .png and renamed it 427.35 since I wanted to use it for the reverse of what it was originally designed for. When I did this and updated it in the game by putting it in the custombattlers -> spritestoimport it gave an error and the game crashes anytime it interacts with the custom sprite. I cannot evolve the fusion nor can I reverse the fusion. Here is an image of the error

Whenever I launch the game it loads the intro cutscene but when it fades to black nothing happens and the game freezes. Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

So, I just installed the files (brand new download from discord and it verified that I am currently on 6.5.1) and went to play the game when my screen went completely black. Like, monitor off black. I can still hear the game and it seems like when I press buttons on my keyboard it responds, but i can only see my computer screen when I am not directly in the application. We recommend setting the Screen Size option to a lower setting and dragging the corners of the window to make the screen larger instead for computers having issues.
