infinite fusion seems to be working perfectly on my ayn odin 2 portal. i just saved, setup suggested options, went outisde house, talk to rival. save, shut down joiplay. restart joiplay, and continued to play. didnt head into professor oaks as yet though.

Howdy, i'm having issues trying to change the game musics, I modified the BGM used for wild battle being "BattleWildK.ogg" to something "friendly battle" from Pokemon Colosseum with the exact name and replaced it, so that the game would run it instead of the current wild battle, it was working in the previous version of the game, but as of now when in the game the music isn't changing at all, did I miss something ? 🤔

to me, they seem normal and not out of the ordinary, so its possible something else is going on. are you sure you are modifying the correct files? (for example, you dont have two copies of the game files, and you're modifying the ones that are actually being used?

When I load the game up, on the start screen, it seems to be oscillating between saying my run is random, remixed, or classic (it's a remixed run). So far I haven't noticed any issues, it seems to actually only be remixed, but are there any issues that might happen further on, or is this just a visual bug?

Hey @verbal timber! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

Hey @stiff sun! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

use the in game menu to save, dont move after that, close the game. that is the most safe way to exit.

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Double click the folder named backups
4. Double click the folder of the save slot you’re reverting. Ex: File A
5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

How to restore to a backup save

This only works if you had Auto Save turned on and using 6.4+

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click SaveFile
3. Double click the folder named backups
4. Double click the folder of the save slot you’re reverting. Ex: File A
5. Rename the most recent file to File A.rxdata (The letter will be different if you’re reverting a different save slot)
6. Copy the newly renamed file and paste it into the previous folder. (This will be the folder you had open after step 2) When asked to replace, click yes.

Note: If you don't feel comfortable overriding the save, you can rename it to a different letter on step 5. Ex: File B.rxdata instead of File A.rxdata

My game seems to be either bugged or its a problem on my pc, i have to restart the game like 10 times to finally be able to play, beause the first 9 times all it shows is a blank white screen, and inputs dont work either then, and i've seen people stream the game in discord without issue, but any time i do that it force shuts itself down. I installed the most recent version i could from this discord, and made sure im on the most recent version.

then the only logical conclusion is that the problem is with the device/and interaction with the device, not the game.
you can give it a reinstall to make sure you have all the proper files - if it still fails then there really is no other conclusions than the problem being on your end.

Id suggest to start with a reinstall.
try giving your device a restart with the actual restart option too. not turning it off and on, use the start menu option to restart.
if that doesnt help, update your drivers.

if that also doesnt help, not much more to do.

Now i should probably mention that my graphics card has been causing issues with plenty of games for being "too outdated" and i plan to get a new one as soon as possible, but i dont see that being a problem very fast, but im also no genius in engineering or anything either. If you are having sudden performance issues out of nowhere, restart your computer (no joke). Don’t shut down the computer as it just puts it to sleep. Use the restart option to free up processes on your computer.

Going to sound weird, but turn off WiFi/internet on your device and try again. For some reason, even though your internet might be working just fine, something about this game clogs it up. Once you are in game, if issue persists, turn off Download Data as well.

Why all of a sudden does every trained have the same typing of pokemon on a randomizer? Yesterday when i was rematching they would have the same pokemon every time, now its a different fusion every single time, but with water type being present each time

Hey @left sonnet! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

so you can double click that and it "should" direct you to your saves

granted, your saves are fine

there's no need to do anything if that was the version you were on

5.1+ saves are perfectly compatible with the current version, only time there might be some shenanigans is if you saved in a place that doesn't exist anymore
