Hey @cedar moss! Looking for the Pokéradar? You can obtain it from Professor Oak's Assistant on Route 24, but she only appears after you meet her in the Cerulean Pokécenter.

When you use the Pokéradar, a repel automatically activates and grass will shake. This indicates which tile the Pokémon is in. If you are having issues with the encounters fleeing or need more info, use the Wiki Page: Wiki LINK

I haven't played since the last few updates, and I've been trying out the randomizer again. I randomized all items (except shop items) and all pokemon including gift pokemon, but since the new update I've been getting the dna splicer from the shop keeper, 7 pokeballs from professor oak and the lab assitant, and luvdisk from the mail man. I also had all pokemon set to fusion enabled. Is this intended? since the last time I played this randomizer it randomized everything not just select gift pokemon or items.

Hey @orchid warren! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Okay so replacing my trainer sprite is starting to become way more of a problem than it used to be. I've replaced all these and their male counterparts but I think the addition of clothing is making it difficult

6.4 has drastically changed how to change your appearance in game. Old themed sprites to change your character to a different NPC will not work anymore. New sprites are being made in #1050404143807873157 if you filter by Player Customization.

Below is how to apply NEW customizations to your player character as long as you are on version 6.4.7 or higher:

Example of overriding default clothes to Hex Maniac:

• If your player character is female, use leaf instead of red in all references below.

1. Delete all the clothes files from: InfiniteFusion\Graphics\Characters\player\clothes\red
2. Copy all the clothes files from: InfiniteFusion\Graphics\Characters\player\clothes\HexManiac
3. Paste the files here: InfiniteFusion\Graphics\Characters\player\clothes\red
4. Rename each file to replace HexManiac with red

• For example, one of the clothing sprites for Hex Maniac is: clothes_bike_HexManiac.png. You would need to rename it to clothes_bike_red.png. Do this for all clothing files.
• Afterwards, open your game, press Escape and go to the Outfits option. The Red clothing will now be Hex Maniac instead. The same concept is applied for hair and hats.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

Hey @elder girder! To unlock randomized mode: Create a new game, save in Pallet Town, and create a 2nd new game. More options will appear since the 1st save is locked to Classic Mode.

Our randomizer doesn't offer true randomization meaning each Pokemon or item you find is **not ** going to be random each time. Instead we offer the below for Pokemon:
Global:

• Makes it so that if Pidgey was randomized to Pikachu on route 1, all Pidgeys on all routes are Pikachu.

Area:

• Better randomization than Global. Makes it so that each route has their own randomized set of encounters.

This is happen to me when i use Fly

if you have the option in gyms for rerandomize during rebattle On, turn it off and see if that fixes it

your save is not tied to your game files

the only platforms where that is the case, is steamdeck and android

How can i uninstall and reinstall??

this game doesn't "uninstall" in a traditional sense, it isn't like you need to go dig into the files and fine an uninstaller

just take the old folder where all the games files are

and yeet it into the recycle bin

I looked at basically everything and it does not talk about my problem really, so let me ask differently. Is there a way for me to change it so i dont have to confirm with enter and can bind it to a so its like the classic nintendo a button on android? Because ive been trying and it just doesnt work whatever i do, i even reinstalled everything and did every thing step by step by the guide and it just wont work, im starting to think that it just isnt possible and will have to change the mapping to get enter on the right side of the round buttons.

Hey @verbal timber! You can press F1 (FN + F1 on laptops) to change your keybindings!

Be aware, controllers will be auto mapped to buttons depending on which controller you plug in.

Well i looked it does not remotely even say if it is possible or not, it basically just says that only 2 buttons are important, so im guessing i just cannot and will have to work with damn enter as my a-button 😖😅 thank you though
