This is just a computer issue. The game only connects to the internet brief to check if a new sprite is available. That doesn’t cause 30 seconds of black screen.

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

Onedrive causes many issues in and out of the game. If you see a status column in your game folder or your path has onedrive, that means your game folder is synching to OneDrive and will cause many issues.

To Fix:

1. Move your InfiniteFusion folder to your Downloads folder
2. Delete the .git folder in your game folder. Onedrive will lock this folder and prevent you from updating. If you don't see a .git folder, use the screenshot below to see it.
3. Rerun INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat afterwards to redownload any files OneDrive deleted.

When randomizing the game, you can only randomize Trainers and Gym leaders if you are playing Classic or Randomized Mode.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

Steps:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center and talk to Help Man (guy in black suit)
2. Select Advanced Settings -> Randomizer Settings -> Turn Trainers/Gyms OFF

To successfully import your own custom sprite, please follow these steps:

Sprite Requirements:

1. Format: The sprite must be in .png format.
2. Naming Convention: Name your sprite according to the game's dex numbering. For example, a fusion of Aegislash and Goodra should be named 329.446.png.

Importing Your Sprite:

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/Custom Battlers/Sprites to import.
3. Paste your sprite into this folder.

In-Game Instructions:

1. Launch the game.
2. The game will automatically detect the new sprites.
3. If you have an existing sprite that you're replacing, select the option "Replace All the old sprites with the new ones" when prompted.

Once completed, you can view your custom sprite in-game from the Pokedex's Sprite tab.

I caught a goldeen tentacrule, unsure of which is head and which is body, fusion, we got to the dex screen where the game just crashed, no report to file, nothing, just closed the game hard.

I can start up the game and everything works fine again, but figured I should hand this over.

Usually a crash with no error code is caused by something on your device crashing the game
