Hey @strong verge! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

Randomizing trainers on Remix and Expert Mode will crash trainer battlers.

I had an idea for that alt download; use git-bundle. Including the updater with the untracked game files doesn't really help because it will try to download the whole game the first time it updates and people are using the alt download because they disconnected when they tried that. Utilizing git-bundle would mean only the recent changes would download and it would also avoid bugs like the name change from preloaded.exe to performance.exe not being tracked.

2. Right click it -> Extract All -> If "Files will be extracted to this folder" doesn't have \InfiniteFusion at the end, add it -> Click Ok
3. This will create a folder named InfiniteFusion. Double click it to open.
4. Double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat.

The bundle would be hosted with the updater on mediafire or wherever. After downloading a batch script would pull changes once from the bundle, then smaller updates from the github repo. Hopefully it would allow for some laziness with managing the alt download too , if people with intermittent internet have better luck with the small updates once their local repo is set up properly

the alt download has been easy to manage (when we know there are updates to begin with ), but yeah we seeing right now many installation issues due to connectivity issues with the repo. I added in the --depth=1 but not much has changed from what I've seen.

I dont know if this is the right place to ask, and I am sorry if it is not the case, but

Recently, I hopped back on an older version of this game I had on my computer for a while (6.0.5, and the reason I kept this version is because I want to keep the dynamic item randomization, since I heard from a friend its been removed)

I started a new game, was planning of maybe doing a fully randomized nuzlocke and stuff, and the game works fine, but all the sprites in the new save file are only the question marks. I installed the new version in a separate file (again, to keep the dynamic item randomizer), and now the sprites works fine, but as I thought, the dynamic item randomization is gone

So I was hoping maybe I could get help here. Is there a way to get the sprites working again in my older version? And as a side question, will dynamic item randomization be brought back in later versions?

no, sprite server was taken down so that is why your sprites don't work. We don't really help with old versions. Only thing I can think to maybe work is manually import them yourself but that is an extra 200,000 files to use

I don't know if this is a known bug or not, but some of my Sprites just don't show up. No ? Or anything. It has the option to choose the blank sprite, but it's blank. I tried installing the sprites folder twice and that hasn't solved it. It's not the biggest problem since it only effects like 10% of my sprites but I like having all my options avaliable.

If you open your game folder, double click SaveFile, one of the saves you have is the issue.

You'd have to see which is an issue by moving out of this folder/deleting it and try saving again

Sprite Requirements:

1. Format: The sprite must be in .png format.
2. Naming Convention: Name your sprite according to the game's dex numbering. For example, a fusion of Aegislash and Goodra should be named 329.446.png.

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/Custom Battlers/Sprites to import.
3. Paste your sprite into this folder.
