I’m having some issues with my game, some Pokémon straight up don’t have sprites. Resetting the game doesn’t work, catching the Pokemon doesn’t work either. And I noticed it’s been with specifically gen 2 Pokemon. This has happened with Girafarig, this Noctowl, and a slugma. I am doing a randomized run where I'm only allowed to catch pokemon that don't have a custom sprite, and then I make a sprite for it. But for some reason when I import a sprite the pokemon will change to that sprite, but it won't show up in the pokedex sprite menu.

To successfully import your own custom sprite, please follow these steps:

Sprite Requirements:

1. Format: The sprite must be in .png format.
2. Naming Convention: Name your sprite according to the game's dex numbering. For example, a fusion of Aegislash and Goodra should be named 329.446.png.

Importing Your Sprite:

1. Ensure your sprite meets the criteria above.
2. Open your game folder and navigate to Graphics/Custom Battlers/Sprites to import.
3. Paste your sprite into this folder.

In-Game Instructions:

1. Launch the game.
2. The game will automatically detect the new sprites.
3. If you have an existing sprite that you're replacing, select the option "Replace All the old sprites with the new ones" when prompted.

Once completed, you can view your custom sprite in-game from the Pokedex's Sprite tab.

6.4 comes with all sprites already by default and they are not individual sprites anymore so you cant delete specific ones

if you are on an old version like 6.2.4, just delete the whole folder. You dont need it anymore and reinstall to 6.4.4 (deleting your folder does not delete your save, you dont need to transfer anything)

Yeah if the sprite is blank it means we have no custom sprite for it currently and you need to manually switch it out via the Pokédex.

The game usually does this for you but right now it isn’t cause of a bug

Weird your computer is not unzipping the files into a folder. Instead it unzipped them to your root drive. If you can put all those files into a folder named InfiniteFusion that would be better

Hey @runic gull! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

I want to install Infinite Fusion game, so i downloaded the pack from the infiniste fusion site (v6.4), according to the guide, when i click on the "INSTALL_OR_UPDATE" .bat, then the cmd ask me to press a key, but nothing happens even after multiple tries.

Beware of Unofficial Websites That Claim To Be Official.

The only official sources to download the game are here, the game's subreddit or the pokecommunity thread.

If you did download from a fake site, go through these steps:

1. Delete all the save files from the fake files. It's not recommended to keep these, as they have bugs and data that the normal game doesn't have.
   🔵 Your game folder has a shortcut that you double click named Savefile to take you to the location to delete all save files. They are named File A.rxdata.
2. Delete any zipped/unzipped folders from there
3. Run a virus scan

After doing all the steps, use megaman's post to download the real files: ➡️ #downloads message ⬅️

Old data in your Game folder is crashing or causing issues with your game. To fix:

Lightweight Installer:

1. Open your Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)

I'm getting this error which seems different from the other errors listed in the common issues section of the Andriod guide. The game was working perfectly fine an hour ago. Only thing that would have changed was I was on a flight in Airplane mode and recently reconnected to the internet.

Idk if this is considered tech or gameplay (maybe both), but for some reason my loading screens are way longer than my friends'. Like it takes 10 seconds for mine to load when its like 0-2 for them. The only thing I can think of is that I didn't check all the boxes when unzipping the file or installing it or something like that.

1. If you are lower than version 6.4 and want to update to the latest, it is better to reinstall the game. Not update your files. You do not lose your Save File or not need to transfer anything. Use the Lightweight installer ➡️ Click Here⬅️

2. If you are updating from 6.4, 6.4.1, 6.4.2 to the latest version, double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat from your game folder.

Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon. If you have more options, reshuffle each.

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

Many fixes were implemented in 6.4.4. Please reupdate your game and then do the following after:

1. Go to a Pokemon Center
2. Talk to Help Man (usually 2F of Pokemon Center)
3. Select Fix Game

This will fix many pre 6.4.4 issues.

• If this did not fix your issue, then you need to delete the Data folder in your game folder and update again (this doesn't delete your save), and redo the steps above.

Saving the game now creates a backup save file. The 10 newest saves are backed up automatically in the backup folder.

Your save file and backup folder is located in: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\InfiniteFusion.

Your game folder has a shortcut to this folder named: Savefile
Each save file represents the save slot you saved into. Example: If you saved into Slot A, your save is named File A.rxdata

If you want to transfer it, copy the save file into the same location above on the new computer.

For locating your save on a non-windows device, please refer to the workaround guide for your device
