and I only needed to download and unzip the files and the game worked on whisky

which is like a porting service for macs

App Installer:

Idk the exact trigger, but seems to step from skipping the grunts and going passed them

The rocket grunts are always in mount ember, even if you don't speak to them to trigger the event where they say "we're going to mount ember!", and if you don't speak to the rocket guys here, there's nothing stopping you going down and beating the rocket guys and beating the boss at the end, catching zapdos, moltres, etc. at 6 badges. You can then continue the game as normal without realizing, getting 16 badges. Only then do you notice you can't finish parts of the game.

This causes a softlock as when you speak to the rocket members stood outside AFTER catching moltres, they say they're going to get moltres, (which is silly because you already have it) then they take the boat. Suddenly you have no way to get the boat back.

yeah i get the whole protective thing but i dont get the protecting the game so much you wont fix things wrong with it or allowing others to help fix things wrong with it then ignoring the problems as if they dont exist
