So, with the whole sprite thing, I'm setting up the preloaded version of the game, but, uh... I appear to have done something wrong.

Since I have the exact same number of files and the same actual size, I suspect it's perhaps, like... something to do with the storage device's formatting or something not playing well with the literal thousands of infinitisimally small PNGs..? Anyone seen this before?

Wondering what the different game files are?

• Game.exe is the normal game. You don't need sprite packs as they are downloaded automatically with the latest sprites as you play.
• Game-default.exe is just a copy of the above.
• Game-preloaded.exe is the lesser version of the game just to make it work on slower computers. It requires ALL sprites to be local on your computer to work properly, but has long black screen start up and pc/party sprites are invisible until your next game restart.

Lightweight Installer Update:

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

App Installer Update:

1. Open the App
2. Click Installation Menu -> Update Game -> Click Update

Old data in your Game folder is crashing or causing issues with your game. To fix:

Lightweight Installer:

1. Open your Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
3. Double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat

App Installer:

1. Open the App -> Click Settings -> Click Open Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)

Hey @nocturne spade! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

when you hit that unknown cap, the game will not download any more sprites for a set time period, so where it can, the game will instead spit out the autogen sprite

1. Format: The sprite must be in .png format.

we run an older version of joiplay also because newer versions crash more often. Could be you need the newer version of joiplay to play on a newer phone, but the game will crash a lot more

Hey so I've been having a blast playing this game but I've had a issue pop up. I'm playing in remix & hard mode with level caps and I was training up some mons to fight Erika.

I noticed her mons where higher level than the wiki said they be. I think the guide says her highest is 43 and in my game it was 46

Then after a bit of a hard af fight I go to slyph Co and a random trainer ( I can't remember if it was a Team Rocket grunt but it was on one of the first few floors or teleporters from those floors) had his last mon at level 48

I have fear in my vains thinking about how bad Giovanni might be

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.6 gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites from in game settings, save your game, and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder. These files are your new game folder. Don't mix them with your old files.
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.6 gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 6 of the guide to show us your game files.

Hey @round fern! If you are on version 5.3.1.2 and higher, follow the info below. If you are on a version lower or don't see the files, you will need to reinstall the game in a new folder using our guides (this doesn't delete your save): [HERE](#tech-support message)

Lightweight Installer Update:

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

App Installer Update:

1. Open the App
2. Click Installation Menu -> Update Game -> Click Update

Both options will update the game files for you. If it didn't, rerun the update and wait for it to finish. Take and share a screenshot of the window to #tech-support

On Android, sprites are not meant to be included in the download. When everything is working (which it is not right now), sprites are automatically included in the game and requires no special download or packs to add to the game.

Right now, sprite server is down, so adding sprites to Android is not intended and doesn't work the same as it is on PC cause merging files is not the same.

The current download for android doesn't have the newest sprite pack neither, so kinda just out of luck until I reupdate the files
