If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.6 gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder. These files are your new game folder. Don't mix them with your old files.
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.6 gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.

2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

App Installer Update:

1. Open the App
2. Click Installation Menu -> Update Game -> Click Update

Old data in your Game folder is crashing or causing issues with your game. To fix:

1. Open your Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)

Hey @rose charm! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

Old data in your Game folder is crashing or causing issues with your game. To fix:

Lightweight Installer:

1. Open your Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
3. Double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat

App Installer:

1. Open the App -> Click Settings -> Click Open Game Folder
2. Delete your Data folder (This will not delete your saved data)
3. Go back to the App -> Installation Menu -> Update Game

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.6 gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder. These files are your new game folder. Don't mix them with your old files.
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.6 gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.

you have 2 pokemons (both with "memory" inside of them)
you fuse em to make 1 pokemon (which thus only has 1 "memory")
when unfusing you need to get back 2 pokemon, but you only have 1 "memory" now.
so the HEAD always gets rerolled. *it can even become shiny out of nowhere because of this *

• restart your pc [start menu, power, restart]

• try launching the game from those files after they extract [with game-preloaded]

If you are having issues with sprites after using our new zip, this means you did not set it up correctly. Reasons it didn't work:

1. You didn't use our 2.6 gb zip download from megaman's post in #downloads
2. You forgot to turn off download sprites and restart your game
3. You extracted it on top of an existing InfiniteFusion folder. These files are your new game folder. Don't mix them with your old files.
4. You are opening it from your old game files or shortcut. You need to open it within the new folder that was extracted with the 2.6 gb zip

If you did ALL above, share a screenshot of you doing step 5 of the guide to show us your game files.

All Android bugs/workarounds are in the guide. If your issue isn't listed, there's no fix. No dedicated mobile version of IF will be developed in the future.

Both my buddies are getting this type of message when entering both trainer and wild battles, both are on the 6.3.0 v2 beta running randomized mode with everything randomized. one has custom sprites only on and the other doesnt if that makes any difference, any ideas?

very much not a fake files issue, got my game from the real link and this bug started happening immediately after my first wonder trade. to be specific, the moment I tried performing a second wonder trade I started getting this error nonstop any time any pokemon attempted to be loaded into the game

That's a relief. I would have been very discouraged if people genuinely trying to get help were just unilaterally told it was fake files and if they'd just had the real game this wouldn't be happening. It felt like ignoring the issue, so I'm genuinely relieved that's not the end of it

The Sprite Server is currently down for everyone.

• This means you will have question mark sprites or invisible sprites for Pokemon until it is back up.
• We don't have an ETA on a fix, but we currently have a beta out to try and test the new server.

How to Fix Manually

Lightweight Installer with ALL Sprites + Guide

• Download, Extract to a new folder, Open Game.exe. Nothing else needs to be done.
• Don't merge or copy anything into it, this zip has everything setup and ready to play for you with ALL sprites.
• This carries over your save file, you don't need to move or download anything else.
