tho, i wouldnt see anythign else in the guide .... only thing what else come to my mind is your phone struggles to load the sprites fats enough .... in that case i recommend restarting your phone and clear app cache ....

usually i would say reinstall but that isnt really an option here 😄

Trying to edit code to enable cheats will **NOT **work. Magic boots are only available from in game rewards by catching the 470 Base Pokemon.

Wondering what the different game files are?

  • Game.exe is the normal game. You don't need sprite packs as they are downloaded automatically with the latest sprites as you play.
  • Game-default.exe is just a copy of the above.
  • Game-preloaded.exe is the lesser version of the game just to make it work on slower computers. It requires ALL sprites to be local on your computer to work properly, but has long black screen start up and pc/party sprites are invisible until your next game restart.

Hey @slow ibex! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

then i would suggest deleting everything and redoing it as you might have done a step or 2 wrong. its a common issue where some people dont use the right versions of joiplay and rpg maker and it doesnt work but once they use the correct versions it works

Hey @tranquil pulsar! Are you looking for Rare Candies? You can buy them at the Battle Tower on Kindle Road for 3 tokens. They are also a potential prize at the Triple Battle Lounge on Knot Island. You can also get them from Resort Gorgeous by completing Selphy's request. All of these are repeatable.

Hey @azure flint! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

Lightweight Installer Update:

  1. Open your game folder
  2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

App Installer Update:

  1. Open the App
  2. Click Installation Menu -> Update Game -> Click Update

Both options will update the game files for you. If it didn't, rerun the update and wait for it to finish. Take and share a screenshot of the window to #tech-support

Hey @orchid harbor! If your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. The duration of the black screen depends on YOUR computer. Especially if you just imported sprites. The game needs time to process the hundred of thousands of sprites you imported.

The 6.2 update added limited trainer sprite customization, but it is a teaser to the full implementation. Please be patient until the next larger update where you can customize your trainer further since only 3 outfits are available at the moment. The old way of changing custom player sprites will not work anymore.

At the moment, you can only customize existing characters from your bedroom or 2F Hotel Wardrobes.

Lightweight Installer with ALL Sprites + Guide

  • Download, Extract to a new folder, Open Game.exe. Nothing else needs to be done.
  • Don't merge or copy anything into it, this zip has everything setup and ready to play for you with ALL sprites.
  • This carries over your save file, you don't need to move or download anything else.
