Lightweight Installer Update:

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

since there are 8 save slots, you can save the game, start a new game and then choose a different save slot for your next save

randomized is the only weird one because all randomized saves use the same file for their stuff; so if you try to randomize another save with one still going on, the new randomized data will overwrite the old one from the first randomizer

• HotSpot/Mobile Data doesn't count.

How to Reset your Sprite Pull:

1. Open your menu in game and select Options.
2. Go to the option named Download Spritesand turn it OFF.
3. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm at the bottom or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
4. Open options again and turn Download Sprites back ON.
5. Save your game and close it.
6. Reopen the game and your sprites should appear.

Lightweight Installer Update:

1. Open your game folder
2. Double click 'INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat'

App Installer Update:

1. Open the App
2. Click Installation Menu -> Update Game -> Click Update

Both options will update the game files for you. If it didn't, rerun the update and wait for it to finish. Take and share a screenshot of the window to #tech-support

Hello I think my brain just isn't working, but I cannot get the game to work. I had 6.2.3 installed and running fine until yesterday, but today the launcher did not have a "Play" button. I tried updating the game and got a "You are running version 6.2.3, but the most recent version is: blank" error. Sometimes the play button came back, but the game instantly gets stuck in an RSS script problem and force quits. I have tried deleting all of the installer/game files and reinstalling it by following the guide, but I end up with the same issue: it cannot find the game file. The launcher also doesn't give me a pop-up asking if I'd like to link my game or install it. I apologize the the text wall. Any help is greatly appreciated!

These are all internet and computer related issues

The play button doesn’t appear because your internet is taking a long time to connect to the app repo to return if it is on the correct version or not. If it confirms that, the play button appears

The RSS issue on black screen is due to clicking on the black screen as it is loading causing the game to crash since the black screen is a loading screen

Have you tried restarting your computer yet?

If you are having sudden performance issues out of nowhere, restart your computer (no joke). Don’t shut down the computer as it just puts it to sleep. Use the restart option to free up processes on your computer.

there's been a few people that noted problems like that, mainly from updating older save files to the current version

Please be patient until the next larger update where you can customize your trainer further since only 3 outfits are available at the moment. The old way of changing custom player sprites will not work anymore.

Game Backup

Use this link the installers go down (GitHub issues), don't know if your files are authentic, or have weird issues like missing background textures. These files 100% work.

Steps:

1. Delete your current game folder you have (this won't delete the save).
2. Download the game from: HERE.
3. Extract it into a new folder but make sure to leave it in your Downloads folder to avoid other issues (OneDrive).
4. Open Game.exe from it (not game-preloaded).

This will make sure you have fresh game data and also the correct files. If you are still having issues, this means your issue is 100% an issue with your computer.
