Any new game update, you need to rerandomize the settings you have enabled.

If you have only pokemon randomized, you need to Reshuffle Wild Pokemon

This is done in the Pokemon Center -> Update Man (guy in black suit) -> Click Advanced Settings -> You will see the Reshuffle options

This will fix the issue going forward, but sprites already messed up you might have to fix yourself from the Pokedex.

If it isn't there, norton blocked it from moving the file to your desktop. So probably in the graphics folder.

Hey @signal sluice! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

• you are connected to the internet on the device you are playing on
• you are on v5.3.1.2 or higher

No, we only recommend people download the pack if they encounter problems with the normal game. not that you will encounter problem if you download it.

the game automatically keeps itself up to date with all the latests sprites if you have an internet connection. So for 99% of people there is no reason to download the sprites manually.

and IF you really need the sprite pack (as I said before, you don't need it as long as you have an internet connection), we still recommend the app-launcher over doing it manually.
