Hey @honest turtle! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

if youre already running preloaded, theres not much more we can help, preloaded is the most optimized version for the game ... some small tipps may help with performance, like download missing sprites off and turn fusion icons to DNA icons ... also, a restart of the pc also helps .. not shutdown but restart

well, sprites get replaced if you install other sprites ... a way around that is giving the sprites you added yourself a different letter

random example: 354.18 has 2 alt sprites with 354.18a and 354.18b (together 3 sprites) and you want to add one yourself, you could name it 354.18z for example

that way it wont be overwritten

Got it, yeah the app installer clears out the sprites before installing all of the sprites. This was to fix any bad sprites/data/setup issues ppl have before installing the sprites

I could add an option to not delete the sprites before installing new ones but you’d have to name the sprites you added manually with alt letters that do not exist to not get overridden also

Seeing the previous notification that it overwrites the encounter_randomize file each time
I had the idea of making a folder elsewhere, make a copy under a folder like "Save C" and keep a the copy specifically made for save C there
then make a save D with utterly different settings, give it its own folder for its encounter_randomized file

and this way have seperate files, just copy and replace the one in the game with the save I want to open
BUT, I was playing C and realized I had forgotten to replace the file from E.
So I replaced it with C, restarted the game and find.... the exact same encounters at R22...
huh??

It states is stores the random data for wilds and trainers in Encounter_randomize, but it seems like that is not the entire story

anytime you randomize the game it will either create a new randomized file, replace the existing randomized file, or overwrite it

if you have 2 randomized saves going on at the same time, it uses the same randomized data

which is why I made copies tailored to my individual saves and switch them out

just have 1 randomized file going at a time

once you beat the E4 [or if your are planning to go through the entire game when you beat Gold] then you can make a new save with a new randomized file

so yeah officially these should be all unique randomizer files

What I found that Works better was making multiple copies of the infinite fusion folder itself versus just that one file.

Probably makes it easier for you to since you can create shortcuts for every game for specific exe too without needing the switchout files

Sorry to respond so late. I wasn't able to fix it normally no matter how many times I redid the plug process for my headset. If I use a TV for a monitor(since I don't have speakers) it's no issue but it won't work otherwise, which is fine. However? Something weird maybe I don't know? When I go into the folder and I run game-default instead of double clicking the icon on my desktop, it opens and runs with no issue and no error at all. Is that something normal?

1. You running it from within the zip file or winrar

typically the world brightness resets if you go in the pokecenter and leave again, the quest still stays in the quest log, nothing you could do to remove it, its one of them which stays in your log ... the quest still counts as completed

I keep getting empty sprites for my fusions in my party, I'm playing preloaded because the load times are too long otherwise. I found that I can get the sprites by going off of preloaded, opening the game, and then getting back on preloaded. But because of how long preloaded takes to load it's a pain to do this every time I get a new fusion. Is there any way I can like download all the party sprite combinations like I can for preloaded?
