Same as above, sounds like you are using the discontinued launcher. Your game and save file are safe. You have to either open the game by double clicking the exe for the game or use our new launcher

Hey @exotic void! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .bat file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!

I just use the volume mixer on my computer. Right click the volume icon on your taskbar and you can set the level for individual apps. It will remember what you set it to the next time you open it.

if youre not sure which one you should delete, you can create a folder and drag all the save files into that folder except for one .. so you can try one by one which one is corrupted and delete the corrupted ones

Hi, I've had this same issue trying the Debug after seeing Dads bein Dudes playing using it and thought it would be fun to try it for nuzlock but didn't know it wasn't allowed.is there a way to return to playing the game again?
I undid the code as it were and now the screen is all black on starting the savefile, only the music is playing.

you should have the file needed to replace it

it should work out the gate

long as you delete the data folder entirely, and rerun whatever file you used to install the game

if that was the INSTALL_OR_UPDATE batch file, rerun that, if it was the infinitefusion app installer, rerun the install from the app

if it is still being dumb, then your best bet might be a clean reinstall of the game

which is delete the folders/files for the game [barring the actual folder holding saves over in roaming appdata], get a fresh download, install the game again

its possible that you undoing it after attempting to do it borked that save

because normally deleting the data folder and rerunning the install would fix it

if even a clean install doesn't fix it, then yeah, the save is corrupt which means it is dead jim

I've figured it out
I think the Cities were bugged but it was still functioning and the menu opened. Thankfully I had a teleport pokemon on me and after traveling to 2 different cities everything spawned again and the blacked city is back to normal now

Hey @glacial sequoia! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

hello! i need help updating/installing my game! i'm not sure yall can help, as it might be a windows thing rather than a pokemon fusion thing, but i thought i'd try here before anywhere else. i have installed the app and its asking me to 'browse folder' but whenever i click on it, nothing happens, i know its supposed to bring up windows explorer but it just doesnt. but when i click 'open save folder' it opens just fine! i have no idea how to make the button open windows explorer so i can choose a file location, since the app doesnt make its own by default.

Yeah windows pro in general has a lot of issues installing programs. I am not sure why, but many users coming in with windows pro has the same issue as you and not with just this game as well

Hey @cerulean hollow! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

Hey @vocal quest! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .bat file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!
