Hello, I still have a problem :/, the sprites don't display properly in my game (?). I downloaded the sprites from the Discord, replaced them, but the issue remains. I enabled downloading of new textures and went to see the NPC and used debug fix. None of that helped. Do you have a solution?

1. Download the 2.9.1 Setup Files: Download Link or Backup Link
2. Extract them in a **new folder **and open InfiniteFusionSetup.bat
3. Click Yes when it asks to Uninstall and Click Yes when it asks you to Install. Done 🙂

Sprites are Question Marks or timing out?
Reset your sprite pull (you have to be connected to the internet and on latest version of the game):

• HotSpot doesn't count. You need Stable Internet to Download Sprites.

1. Turn off Download Sprites option in the setting inside the game. Like where your game volume is. This is the 4th option
2. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
3. Go back to Settings.
4. Turn Download sprites back on.

I would recommend after doing this save your game, completely close the game and reopen and try again.

This would happen when you first set it up and you or computer selected No to the permissions it was asking for.

In security settings on your Mac you should be able to see permissions you turned off and can enable them or if it isn’t there I can give you instructions on how to open the game without WineSkin if your computer is blocking it

So I tried to run the game today, and just for reference haven't updated to the 6.1. I open the installer, see the Update Box in the middle and all the april fools palworld jokes. I click update, it goes through the steps of opening text file, deletes the old installer and downloads the 2.8 installer. I then go to installation menu, and update that from there. it finishes. After that, I go back to the main menu, and it still says update. I click it again, and it does the exact same thing for the installer again. What step am I missing?

Hi, is there a way to go back to version 6.0? Mapped randomized items instead of dynamic isn't ideal for the Hardcore Nuzlocke runs we've been doing with a friend. Having ground items being replaced by the same item everytime takes away from it imo. It also makes so ground TMs aren't randomized for some reason even tho they should be on our settings. Cheers

What Can You Do To Increase Performance?
1) PC and Internet: The game performance largely depends on your PC and internet; laptops and older computers are struggling with the 6.x update.

2) Avoid OneDrive: This breaks save files, corrupts sprites, and reverts a lot of data. We recommend disabling OneDrive in your game folder: Disable OneDrive

3) Install on your Main Drive: If your game is on a USB or a slow external hard drive, use your main drive or a faster one. You need good read/write speed.

4) RESTART your computer: We are not talking about Shutting Down your computer, but actually Restarting it. Shutting down only puts your computer to sleep/hibernate. Restarting your computer will actually restart a lot of processes that have slowed down from your computer running so much.

Oh I know your issue, a lot of ppl getting their .git folder locked

1: In your game folder, you need to enable the setting to view hidden files How to do that
2: Delete the .git folder you will see in your folder now

Reset your sprite pull (you have to be connected to the internet and on latest version of the game):

• HotSpot doesn't count. You need Stable Internet to Download Sprites.

1. Turn off Download Sprites option in the setting inside the game. Like where your game volume is. This is the 4th option
2. Leave the menu by pressing Enter on Confirm or pressing B (if you don't, this won't work).
3. Go back to Settings.
4. Turn Download sprites back on.

I would recommend after doing this save your game, completely close the game and reopen and try again.

Close the app and go to your folder

Open the folder there I circled and navigate to the folder you extracted and double click INSTALL_OR_UPDATE

Ping added at the end just to mention that it might be worth to add a line at the end of the Android guide spelling out something along the lines of "to update, just backup your saves, redownload infinitefusion-e18-releases and overwrite your old folder" to avoid scaring potential future silly mes. You tried to enable debug mode illegitimately in the scripts, that doesn’t work anymore. Delete the Data folder in the game folder and rerun the INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat file in the gamefolder

I'm having issues with installing the new version of the infinite fusion app launcher, when I uninstalled the previous version of the launcher, (like it told me to), and then I installed the new version of the launcher, but when the launcher automatically opened by itself, it's showing that it still needs to update the launcher (as seen in the attached pic), which I already tried to do. How do I fix this?

You tried to enable debug mode illegitimately in the scripts, that doesn’t work anymore. Delete the Data folder in the game folder and rerun the INSTALL_OR_UPDATE.bat file in the gamefolder

Hey @mental otter! This game is not made for mobile! The only workaround is to install JoiPlay, but any performance issues, bugs, or issues with Android are not fixable. No dedicated mobile version of IF will be developed in the future.

yep, tried out myself, the cheat mode is legit in the launcher, just only if you have debug mode legit enabled
