Music files are tricky. We haven't found a way to edit/change out music files in the game since even just replacing an existing one doesn't change the audio

yup but they are needed for preloaded because not every sprite has a custom sprite. It needs the auto gens as a back up or else you get Invisible sprites

1. So just install auto gens from the menu.
2. Then come back here and try clicking the check box.
3. If it gets checked, you can click play and it will open the preloaded game for you

Deleting the files and running a virus scan would be your best course. Ppl are usually fine after that. They usually find malware on it but deleting it takes care of it.

1. open your game folder
2. Open the shortcut named SaveFile

Hiya! I changed my game to be fully pre-loaded (huge performance boost) but I'm having a small issue that any new fusions (fused myself, caught already fused or evolved) doesn't have any small sprite in the party window or boxes. Closing and re-loading the game fixes the issue until I get a new fusion. Is there a way to fix this?
It's not a huge issue. Just makes organizing boxes a bit more complicated.
Sprites are fine in combat, dex, etc.
Playing on PC win10.

Hey @fierce creek! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

Hey @fathom frost! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .bat file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!

you can still right click the zip file and select Extract All

Preloaded is only used if you have performance issues or want to play offline. This doesn't work out of the box, you need to set it up.

If this isn't the reason you want to play preloaded, then open Game.exe since that one doesn't require any setup to open the game.

I am trying to transfer my save file from my laptop to my desktop. I copied all the game files over as well as the roaming appdata, creating another shortcut for it on my desktop so it is the same shortcut as the savefile on my laptop but it still isn't loading my save and just giving me the new game option. is there any other troubleshooting that I can try or do I just have to start over?

you could have likely just added the preloaded sprites onto your existing game files

This all depends on your computer. Be patient especially if you just imported sprites. If you did custom that is 181k files it is processing. If you did preloaded that is over 300k.

Hey @sick fog! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

3. That takes you to the Save folder
4. Delete all the items in here. Don't delete the folder, just all the items and try opening the game again

Hey @lament forge! Are you having trouble with the Pokéradar? You get it from the scientist in Cerulean City's Pokécenter. She gives you the Exp share as a quest reward there, and then will go to Route 24, where she will give you the radar.
When using it, make sure you have a repel active, or else you may only get regular encounters.

This is a known bug. Using the up/down arrows on the sprite screen to get to one pokemon to another crashes the game: #1197765644872060988 message

You would need to go back a menu on the Pokedex to navigate to another pokemon and then repen the sprite menu to change sprites
