Hey @versed wing! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

A lot of people who just start playing the game runs into that problem since they haven't downloaded the custom sprite pack yet so the game can't really make a list of pokemon.

Hey @hot flicker! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

in the 'Other' Category there is the statement "The head determines the growth rate, with the growth rate being increased if a species is fused with itself."

checking the growth rate table of Torchic and Pichu we would know that Torchic is Medium Slow and Pichu is Medium Fast.

My Torchu (Torchic - Head; Pichu - Body) would lead to a Medium Slow growth rate as in the Pokemon Infinite Fusion Wiki stated.

Level 8 Medium Slow, my fused Pokemon needs 314 exp (see first attachment).

however, my Torchu needs 512 exp to hit lvl 8 (see second attachment)

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

1. Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
2. Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
3. Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
4. Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.
5. Redownload and re-extract the game in full.

Whenever I load into a room, the only sprites that appear are the player character, and npc's (humans and mons), which makes navigating rooms a nightmare because everything that's not either of those things is just pure darkness while still having their collision. Exiting to the main menu and reopening the save file does temporarily fix it, but as soon as you leave the room the same problem occurs, and going back to the room you were in also shows that the overworld background and any props are missing again.

To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

hello, any time i go to change the size of the game it blackscreens till i revert it back to the start size wether i change the window size manualy or hit the full screen button at the top bar does anyone have a fix for this?

Hey @spiral ruin! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

Hey @honest mural! Are you having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .bat file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!

Hey @cyan peak! The game isn't made to be played on mobile! You can try to use Joiplay to run it, but the game will likely be very slow, glitchy, or downright unplayable.
