Hey @unborn grotto! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Installing the sprite pack should not have fixed anything by itself, it's just a precaution so that u don't lose access to custom sprites when u turn off the download sprites setting in options

Hey @covert sigil! Are you having trouble starting the game? If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.

You'll have to be more specific. If you have already added the sprite pack and the game has prompted you with "X sprites added", you're good to go. It only asks for input when it finds sprites that would overwrite existing custom ones

yeah leading up to pewter city there are mainly gen 1 pokemon. if you beat your rival before victory road you can enter the secret garden off route 1 where you can find ralts and at night duskull... youll find higher generation mons later on

hello i am trying to download and play the game, i put the custom sprites rom the sprite pack in custombattlers folders and i am getting this error. I have tried to redownload and do it again twice and it is not working.

Once your patch or fix or whatever is unzipped from where you have downloaded it, you just copy the folder, and paste it over the same folder in your install folder.

You might be able to get around that by creating a new folder in C: called "cool games" or something, and starting by copying the game into there. Then, move the custombattlers folder in there as we've suggested above.

Hey @sterile pivot! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Hey @ashen burrow! Are yo having trouble downloading the game? You can find the download of the game in #downloads! To run it, simple unzip all of the files into a folder, then click the .exe file. Be mindful that the game takes a few minutes to load, don't touch the black window before it does!

Just finished downloading custom sprites on mac and ran executable through wineskin and got this error message on the second time around it tried to merge two pokemon (succeed the first time), gonna try to see if download sprites are on or off but willing accepting any advice/help). (First time running this after re-extracting from zip)

So, my best guesses are:
that the problem is there is a badly named animated sprite,
the animated sprite code has a bug in it and you need to remove all animated sprites, or

Hey @sterile pivot! Are you having trouble starting the game? Here are a few common errors you might be experiencing:

If you're getting the "missing Game.ini" error, your game is not finding its necessary folders for some reason. Here's a list of things that may fix the issue:

Make sure that you have extracted the files from the ZIP, and aren't running the game straight from the zipped folder.
Make sure the game.exe file is in the folder with everything else. You might've moved it while trying to make a shortcut or something.
Rename the folder with the extracted files to a name without numbers or special characters, e.g. "PokemonInfiniteFusion".
Move the entire folder somewhere else on your computer. Moving it to the desktop seems to work for most people.
Redownload and re-extract the game in full.

If you are launching v5, and your screen is stuck on black at startup, don't worry, it's normal. Leave the game running for a few minutes and it will work eventually.

Do not click on the window during this, otherwise you'll get the error below and the game will close.
