depending on the iteration, spiderman has his webs pre-built and generally gets corrected vision, so like. unless you want to jumpstart advanced warfare by selling ironman/batman tech or be stuck learning it, it's literally just the other two

the other thing is that you probably don't need to be a hero, which is why i'm drawn to spidey powers. the little extra things are appealing to me, and wall climbing is especially nice for someone of very average stature (5'5"/~165cm)

Ark is kinda hard in single player if you don't edit some values. Its really more meant for multiplayer with the way it's set up, so I like editing everything to make it more playable and enjoyable
