If your goal is to gain the weight in muscle (and some fat) rather than only fat, combine it with exercise (weights, very little cardio)

• get at least 120g of protein spread throughout the day. (if spreading it is difficult, get the bulk of your protein in directly after your workout)
• get at least 300g of carbs spread throughout the day, but especially a good chunk about an hour before a workout.
• get some fat in with all of those meals, this can be from cooking oils, fat in dairy, or oils from stuff like an avocado on the side.

IRL I was playing a gambling machine where you get to drop quarters to win money or other prizes and some random lady that saw me play has wished me luck when I had two quarters left, and when I used both of those quarters, I got a dollar and fifty cents back from that machine (6 quarters back). I never expected that! 😄 That lady was too kind, wishing me good luck when I was short on silver and then I won 6 quarters back from that gambling machine. Super sweet!
