Not really, honestly. I am still working on my first bag of flour. Only did made about 2 pounds of rolls so far. Just got my bread box in the mail yesterday.... When my house flooded.

But I really like using Chai seeds and powdered milk + soylent powder mixed with the dry ingredients before adding the yeast.

Adds a bit more of a nutritional base to what is otherwise basically empty calories of bread.

But there is next to nothing that texturally replaces bread in food. At least, nothing that's anywhere near my price range. Bread simply has a fantastic mouth feel.
