I’ve done further research:
Sky Factory 3 has a focus on random loot drops via sieving blocks for their resources. As well as more resource generator mods because it is intended FOR SKYBLOCKS ONLY
Revelation has a focus on exploration as it is just adding mods to the base Minecraft maps rather than overriding the world gen.
For the most part they are the same except Revelation has more up to date mod lists/packs which leads to streamlined automation and whatnot. In addition to having more places to explore.
Only major bonus to ST3 is I know what I’m going into having played before. (And not wanting to go with SF4 because they took out a major mod group I liked to add a new one based on resource farming via “resource trees”)

Still unsure which I want to get, but I guess I’ll try and figure out how the launcher works first since it seems to need 2 apps to work

it occurred to me that the reason why this vins fight im stuck on in chaos is so fucking painful is bc it's not the fight in singapore(i would've been able to 3shot her since she only has 400hp) it's the one in aswan, with 2500hp and can use weapon items and spawns zombie enemies
