basically, it's protect, but if any pokemon attacks it during that turn, it retaliates by hitting them with damage equal to a 60 power dark move using the target's highest attacking stat

even though they don't have their dex entries written yet, i do know how they would work into the story in my region
basically the plot around them would call back to the aztec belief of how the world would periodically end and be recreated

tezkatl basically takes the obsidian mirror associated with tezcatlipoca and turns it into a shield

i also have regional forms of the hoenn starters based on some aztec gods
grass/poison sceptile based on xipe totec
fire/fairy blaziken based on quetzalcoatl (yeah i know there's also the legendary based on it, but it's by far the most iconic aztec deity)
and water/dragon swampert based on xolotl (obviously, since it's an actual axolotl)

i was gonna rewrite sceptile's dex entry, but this form of sceptile is basically a perennial plant, meaning it dies when it gets cold, and regrows in spring, since xipe totec is associated with life, dead and rebirth

minus the flaying part, because even for pokemon, skinning someone alive is pretty damn dark

i changed the abilities for these two
i felt that ketzeal's ability halving fairy damage for itself and allies didn't quite fit the fact that it is an offensive pokemon, and thought it would make more sense on tezkatl
so now tezkatl has no weaknesses, three immunies, 90hp, 155 defense and special defense, and a move that lets it protect itself while dealing damage

and now ketzeal has a move with 80 power, that acts like defog, and you can't stop it with protect or taunt

they are definitely not broken as fuck

well i guess tezkatl would be quad weak to this particular move

okay this is extremely funny

players can no longer pause/unpause below a certain behaviour score. guy realizes hes the only one in the lobby who can. pauses and goes to eat for over an hour

i just couldn't think of anything else to work in rubber and its properties

All I've been able to do so far is very low level invocations/calls, make a mana battery, inscribe simple symbols/sigils, and learned Summon Insect (Apidae) today by fluke. Still gonna need to repeat that one a few times before I can say I've fully learned it though.
