The game runs on a version of Poke Essentials that was only coded up to Gen 7, and is thus only compatible with Pokemon up to that generation. It would take a crazy amount of coding to add Gen 8+ Pokemon manually, and it's a process that's likely to make the game unstable

It's your choice. It's a tall Diglet coming out of the ground, and soil around it forms Cloyster shell. It looks like a long vertical pole between Cloyster face gap

if you don't want to go full chaos I'd advise setting the trainer BST's to 10-20 to give things a much smoother experience overall. less legends thrown at you in the earlygame while the endgame remains challenging.

feel free to set wilds for whatever though having it be higher does mean evolved/legendary mons might be tricker to catch in the earlygame

the main danger points at low randomization are surge's fight and the pokemon tower rival fight, both of which can end up with oddly high BST mons (thanks to gyarados for the latter and "I'm not sure" for the former) and the final fight can sometimes have a high BST mon out of nowhere as the lead and I'm not sure why

so when you create a game for the first time it'll force you into classic I believe. Exit out after saving and create a new save and randomization should now be available as an option.
