In general no, but you can force the sprite to be a shiny by doing the hue changes yourself and then overwriting the sprite
However that would mean the non-shiny version's colors would get fucked
Alternatively, you can try using Kuray's mod, it allows u to customize shinies and their colors. I've never used it though, so you'll have to ask other people about it

Its the strongest fusion I ever had. It can beat lvl 100's. I also used it on my last playthrogh and it made most gyms and elite 4 alone in both playthroughs (if i let it).
