Unfortunately Atk, Def, and Speed are all tied to the body, so if you want to keep its stupid high Atk then you have to suffer its bad Def and Speed.

Best you'll be able to manage is improving its HP and Sp.Def. Alternatively, fuse it with a mon that has good all-around stats, or with something that learns a strong priority move.

Rampanite is a good pick. It gets Extremespeed, and Multiscale helps it survive at least one attack

Unfortunately no, because of how fusion works. The final result has the Head's primary type and the Body's second type. Because both mons have Flying as a secondary type, the final result will always be part flying

Tough question. I like Arcanine/Slowking a ton, as I have a fun head cannon.

With early access to teleport, I find it fun to imagine popping up in random places with this lovable ragamuffin.

In terms of best performance however, that's a tough one.

Sylveon/LickiLicky has pixelate STAB explosion. Basically, a delete button.
