They are done with a hue shift automatically as I understood. Like head part shiny? Shift by value X, body shiny value Y and both value Z.
That shiny are done with such mechanic is visible with B/W mons like Absol, a hue shift of something B/W will never change.

Therefore it's weird that some don't change. A shift through different values shouldn't give the same result

Also there are no files with shiny mons anywhere in the data, so there is no coloring done for any shiny 🤣
