Depends on moveset

If you’re running like bullet punch and shadow sneak go technician

If you’re running higher damage moves like x scizor and poltergeist then speed boost

And which stats you got from the fusion. Scizor should give some good bulk and you'd just need a Swords Dance and Speed Boost proc to start sweeping.

You have some pretty great non-Technician moves.
