No you can only change them In Pokédex but if it for one you have then when you are in the summary for that Pokémon you can select to go to it’s dex entry

Hey @pearl stump! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

So I tried to test the Aegislash bugs because the post pinned in the channel is 3 years old. Based on what I saw:

As for Aegislash fusion stats being bugged/wrong when fused. That seems to be fixed. The pokemon I fused stats look like they correspond with what the fusion calculator says.

The bug where Aegislash reverts to shield form stats even though the game "thinks" it is in sword from after opposing trainer changes pokemon seems to still be present. When you keep Aegi fusion in it does significantly less damage with an attack then when you take it out and put back in so that stance change "resets" and activates again.

Good news seems to be that since previous bug is present even for special moves it seems that stance change now correctly swaps special attack and special defence, not just physical.
