Yes.... sadly. I don't know if they redid some arts or whatnot, but some arts in the calculator are wrong from ingame -- but! You can always download the file and manually put it into the game, and choose it as the "preferred alt art"

Hey @formal kite! Are you trying to add more custom sprites to your game? You can find the most up to date sprite pack containing all custom sprites in #downloads! To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!
