Shedinja has a lot of good fusions. Basically any offensive Steel, Normal, or Dark-type pairs well with it.

Don't pair it with anything defensive though since it's kinda pointless.

Wonder Guard just sets you automatically at 1 HP, lol.

To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. These aren't the most broken Flygon fusions I could come up with but they had cool sprites

Jirachi/Flygon Steel/Dragon tied for 3rd best defensive typing coverage-wise, Dragon Dance/Hone Claws + Serene Grace STAB Iron Head 60% chance to flinch, and STAB Dragon Rush 100 BP 40% chance to flinch and is 100% accurate after 1 Hone Claws, or Levitate for only one weakness, and reliable recovery in roost

Flygon/Arcanine, Ground/Fire tied for 2nd best offensive typing coverage-wise and two very powerful STABs in Earthquake and Flare Blitz, and Dragon Dance to boost them and priority Extreme Speed. Levitate so only one weakness in Water, or if you have access to Hidden Abilities Dry Skin for one weakness and to get rid of it's 4x Water weakness, or Intimidate for physical bulk. Reliable recovery in Roost

Dunsparce/Flygon Coil + Serene Grace STAB Dragon Rush, 100 BP 40% chance to flinch 100% accurate after 1 Coil, and STAB Headbutt + Glare 100% accurate can paralyze Ground Types, together leaving the enemy with only a 30% or 45% chance to act so they damage you less, and you can take advantage of paralysis with Coil and reliable recovery in Roost to boost and heal up while they have a 1/4 chance to not be able do anything
