I did some calcs and I'm pretty sure the actual hardest hitting legal fusion off rip is Drizzle Water Spout Choice Specs Mewtwo/Kyogre and then Kyogre/Mewtwo, so basically just regular Kyogre but 2 or 1 more base special attack and AND 13 (103) or 26 (116) more base speed. Beating out stuff like Lightball Psystrike Mewtwo/Pikachu and Huge Power Thick Club Earthquake Marowak/Azumarill

Just looking at Bisharp and Shedinja's fusion... give it wonder guard and you only have one weakness (fire or fairy).
Just need to find a primary dark type pokemon with endeavor then I'm set. (or a steel secondary type)
