This one seems pretty interesting, because it seems to me like they're the same sort of general species, only they have different roles, so to speak.
One is built more for offense and protecting the herd (the second one), while the other would probably have the job of providing food and other things to the flock (the first one).

so it would maybe make some more clear like that one i really had a hard time to see what those are

One that I think would be muck easier to explain in each of the entries would be all of the Darkrai-based fusions, where it seems mostly like Darkrai possessing/seizing control of the creature through some means, corrupting it in some way.

One that I think might be interesting to write about are these two, because looking at them, I get the feeling that one of the two would be the dominant creature in the fusion, being able to utilize the other's abilities albeit in a slightly watered down state. While the Dialga-dominant fusion would be able to alter space, it wouldn't have as much expertise in it as Palkia would, and vice versa.
