To add them to your game, simply copy all the files into your game's CustomBattlers folder. The pack also contains alts and things such as joke sprites and regional variants, which you can also add to your game if you wish.

You can swap between alts of a given fusion in-game, using the Pokédex!

Depends on what you want Mew to do. Mew learns every move and has balanced stats across the board, so it becomes a matter of what you need.
Mathematically though, the best fusions for Mew are Psychic/Fire and Psychic/Steel combinations. Mew/Jirachi has every move + Serene Grace boosting them, for example.
